I am only giving 2 stars and that is because of the customer service, it was not bad. On 8/11 I went to Zaxby’s and ordered over $70 worth of food. I got home to discover that a 10-piece I ordered was not in the bag. Also, the salad I ordered, the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in burnt grease. The burnt taste was overwhelming.. So I decided to take the food back and get the rest of my order. That was inconvenient because I don’t live right around the corner from this Zaxby’s. When I went back the staff was amenable and tried to fix the problem. However, upon returning home, the taste of burnt grease was even worse. By this time it was 9:30 and I wasn’t traveling back to the Zaxby’s so we just threw it all away. 70 plus dollars in the trash. When I first went back, I told the young man there that the chicken tasted like from grease and he probably needed to not cook anything else in it. I struggle with this Zaxby’s because it’s always something, like they leave out items or it’s the customer service. I want my money back.

This place is a hot mess. We ordered our food through the mobile app. We arrived at the time provided. The doors were closed and locked. We sat in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. When we finally got our food, it was cold, sauces were not in the bag, and we didn’t have a fork for the salad we ordered. Since the doors were locked, we had to walk up to the window to ask for help. The employee was extremely rude. Someone needs to come in and get this place running like it used to. It’s a sinking ship!!!

Had a very good experience. The cashier was super nice and very understanding of my situation, I had a 3 year old with me. The service she provided was excellent. Food and atmosphere was also good, but without the excellent work on the Ccashier, the experience would not have been the same.

7/29/23 @ 9:25pm the Drive thru had a posted sign saying it closed at 9pm We tried to enter the dining room and that was closed as well. But the hours posted says they close at 10pm. I’m sure this is one of the many reasons this location is struggling. I would have given a zero rating if I could have.

Don’t waste your time at this location. It took over 5 minutes for anyone to take our order with no other customers in the store. Workers were also very rude. Once ordered it took over 10 minutes to get one meal. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. I would take my money elsewhere.

Sometimes the chicken fingers can taste like fish for some reason or they can be a little tough. I love the Chicken Bacon Swiss but found out today they discontinued it. So now probably won’t go unless they bring it back.

*Update 12-15-18* – 1 star Today’s food was bad. TLC sandwich had cold and flattened bun. The chicken filet was smaller than a tender. Ordered 3 of the hottest sauces and they all looked different but the hear was mild. Heat in their sauces never have consistency at this location. Kickinn sandwich with peach Sprite combo ordered around 3:30pm. 15 minute wait after ordering in drive through then I had to park and wait for an employee to bring my order out. This location wasn’t busy inside at this time of day so the wait should have been only a few minutes.

It is ridiculous to have to go through the drive thru to pick up delivery orders. Wasting 20 minutes in line when the restaurant lobby should be open. It is pure lazyness not to be open and forcing everyone thru the drive thru.
