WOW could not even eat this, I had boneless chicken and fried pickles, was so hard could nit even eat them!!!! What a waist of time and money…what happened to good food.?? I would take it back but am traveling and not able to. This is a disappointment. Will not go bak and do NOT recommend. Save your money and go someplace else.

The girl that was at the register taking our order was not very receptive and kind of sour, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Not one thank you when paying or when she finally called our name 30 minutes later. While I was waiting for 30 minutes for our food, along with others she was not very pleasant to any of them. Most of the pop choices said empty. Our first and last time at Zaxby’s. A couple good notes, clean bathrooms and food was pretty good. Probably good for at least one try.

This place was filthy in the dining room. The food was ok but I will not eat in a dirty restaurant again. If the dining room looks this way, ice overflowing, they put up wet floor sign, my dressing packets had something on them, the kitchen is probably dirty as well.

the staff were very rude towards us, i ended up with a few strands of hair in my food. we tried to ask for ranch sauce because there wasn’t any in our bag as we had asked for and the staff just told us that there was zax sauce in our bag when that’s clearly not what we had asked for.

Pros about my visit here today was that my food came out fast and was very good. I always like zaxbys. But unfortunately for this visit, both restrooms did not have any toilet paper.
