Me and a friend ate here ordered 2 club chicken sandwich’s and they were wrong asked about them being remade the manager checked my receipt as if I didn’t just order food 7 min before! Then asked for zaxbys sauce and was told there 25 cents each after the first one even tho I was never gave one at all…. But the real question is how you mess my sandwich up and have to remake it and still charge me for extra sauce?? Chicken was fresh tho just poor customer service

Food was hot and fresh! Had granddaughter with me and tried the funnel cake. It was good but wasn’t as large or as crunchy as one from the fair or festival we are used to. She definitely thought it was a good treat!

I ordered 2 things of fried pickles and barely got 10 or so in each when usually there’s like 30 or more. And they all looked gross. When I pay $10 for a food item that I love I expect to get what I’m supposed to. Every single time it’s a gamble and it shouldn’t be. Also can’t get a hold of anyone to complain or get a refund! I’m so upset. I took pictures for proof!

Visited this location while in town for a basketball tournament- we had a few hours between games. Ended up the whole team was craving the same thing. But the crew was awesome! Super polite, fast, anccurate and accommodating to a dining room full of girls and families! Thank you!!

I’ve always loved eating at Zaxbys. Their food is so yummy! The only downside to this place is they change up the menu at times. That part sucks bcuz I actually loved a couple things they have discontinued. But overall they have great food and customer service.

The food is always good but it’s never busy enough to justify having someone stand out there to take your order before you reach the menu. I hate it so much when they do that especially since we don’t order from there enough to remember the menu and sometimes Zaxbys has seasonal items that I would want to try but I didn’t know they had because I can’t see the menu. Overall the food is good but I’ve started to go to other places more because of the ordering situation at Zaxbys.
