Used the drive-thru, had to order before I got to see the menu. Employee taking my order did not seem to know the menu, so ordering was difficult. Ordered a Wings and Things, the wings were almost dry. Not a great experience. Two stars because food was edible and the employees were nice.

This place has went down hill quick. My family and I went for dine in. We waited 10-15 for our food…and it was cold…Fingers, wings and fries. The soda machine was out of several big sellers and ice..My wife had to ask for ice from behind the counter. All of the tables were dirty. The chicken fingers were obviously fried in old oil.

For the love of God and all that is holy PLEASE tell the white chick taking orders with the low blond pony to just stop talking so much and just take orders. Sat in drive thru forever and could see the frustration on everyone’s face she interacted with because she just would not shut up. I totally get just being nice but what she’s doing is ridiculous and can’t take the hint of all her customers slowly edging up trying to escape her. Jfc. Zaxbys already high as it is and she’s just another reason to not go there which sucks cause the food is always fast and correct but come on man. I feel like yall stuck her outside cause she probably won’t shut up in the kitchen either but don’t make the customers suffer.

1/2/2023 Update: 1 yr after last review: Still not impressed. Fried pickles were burnt through and inedible, boneless wings were dried out and also drenched in a pool of sauce that ended up all over the bag and the grated cheese on the salad was actually presliced American Cheese that had been hacked to pieces. Service was mediocre at best. The guy at the window didn’t say a single word to me just thrust the bag and drink at me and walked away. The girl at the larder booth was pleasant enough she at least greeted me and repeated my order. The young lady that came out while the other was taking more order was much friendlier and was actually engaging with me. At one time this was a great place to get foof. Little by little it’s as if no one cares any more here. And with all the new shops and house developments coming to the area one would think they would try so they don’t lose the potential business from newcomers when they ask locals for recommendations on places to go.

Great hot fresh Big Zax Snax was hot, and delicious. I been boycotting Hazel green Zaxby’s bc they had there employees outside all summer in heat working drive thru. Standing under flimsy tarp as shade. I definitely was disgusted Zaxby’s didn’t think more of the employees than that. Today it was raining and no one was stuck out in it so we had lunch there.

Grilled house salad with honey mustard dressing was terrific – exactly what I wanted for my lunch today. And Connie at the register is a doll! We had a great time joking back and forth about the sign for the “free elephants to a good home” that they had in the dining area!

Poor customer service here. I saw them giving terrible attitude to a customer because she mistakenly ordered for pick up inside instead of in the drive through. They continued to talk about her while she was still in the building and even after she left.

I go to this Zaxby’s at least once a week and about 4 out of 5 times they forget my sauce. I ask them for BBQ sauce instead of Zax sauce every time, which they acknowledge because it says it on the receipt. Then when I receive my food, it’s Zax sauce…. What’s the point of me asking for it at the register if I just have to go back and ask them for the right sauce every time???????
