The customer before me got the wrong order. I thought it was just that customer I had a order to go she gave me a number for my pickup. I saw the lady with the same order that I had placed walk out in the dining room looking for someone to give the order to she couldn’t find anybody came back the cashier said it’s to go. They didn’t remake the order for me to take to go, they just boxed up the order that they walked around with, the same order from the dining room. I should have refused the order and requested my refund but I really wanted to try the funnel cake my mistake. It was hard even after trying to reheat

The people were so nice, but it took forever to get food. Kids said it was nasty. Food was sent to the wrong tables, and the kitchen had to do refires. The kids liked the cookies, and they were out of diet soda.

I ordered online and after arriving at the time it said the order would be ready, they said they didn’t see the order when it was placed so they would make it then. I ordered the 4 piece chicken finger plate with double fries and was in disbelief when I got home and opened the box. 2 literal chicken nuggets and 2 tiny “chicken tenders”. The chicken didn’t even really have a taste without sauce. The Zaxby’s on Memorial Parkway is consistently better and I’ve used both locations often. Probably won’t be retuning to this one.

It’s tough to say thing’s were less than expected but when it’s true, well is true. The ordering experience required fluency in an English dialect unfamiliar to many Americans. There is only one drink/ice machine and every kid in front of us wanted to mix from the numerous digital options on the brightly colored yet vertically challenging screen (too tall for them to reach). Then the food – all so salty that another trip to the single portal of fluid/ice was required, ugh.
