If I could give no stars I would. The girl working drive through had a major attitude. Never once told me the total when the card didn’t take all the money off and owed the difference of .43 I stated if I would’ve known the total prior a different card would have been used. She then stated that’s not my problem. Had another guy hand me my food and was told hope my day got better and laughed. This experience was uncalled for and corporate has been made aware of it.

14.00 for the wings and things dinner and what I got was cold wings that tasted like they had been sitting there all day . I remember when Zaxby’s used to have good food , I had not eaten there in a few years and decided to give it a go for dinner .What a huge mistake and waste of my money. I won’t be back and I will let others know about this experience. The food was absolutely disgusting.

If you enjoy cold fries & cold chicken wings then this is your spot. I definitely love when my food isn’t fresh..I’ll definitely be back for more cold food. They saved me time from putting it in the refrigerator when I get home just so I can eat it cold. The management definitely needs a raise there. I’m wondering if I can get a salad warm

I’ve eaten here at least 20 times and every single time someone I know or I come here the order is wrong. Its absolutely ridiculous that they can’t even get one order completely correct. It is always either missing something or completely made wrong. You guys really need to do better and actually pay attention to what you’re doing, especially if you plan to be drive thru only.
