I ordered food for a family of 5. All the food was correct and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and surprised its not mentioned along with the other competition. I didn’t notice they had a peach sweet tea until after my order was placed and fulfilled and the cashier had no problem substituting a drink out for it. I will say this..the peach tea may be the best beverage I’ve had in my life. I’m glad there’s no Zaxbys in my area because I’ll be hooked on it. That’s all I wanted to drink after visiting.

Customer service was excellent. We stopped as we traveled to a vacation home. Customer service was excellent, and staff were very professional. I noticed the manager picking up trash and making sure the location was clean and presentable. He stopped at our table to greet us and too see if we were having a great experience. He played with a granddaughter and provided her with a free meal. It was a great experience.

Well after a long day at work,most of the other food joints were closed in Eufaula! AKA.Deadfaula after 8 pm! Anyways i always loved Zaxbys, not anymore! The chicken strips were the size of your finger and tasted nothing like they use to! I asked and the employees said since the Covid we have cut back on the size of strips! I meant to say ,i was the only customer in the whole place! Know why now! Should have known when i pulled up and some employees were outsde havig a toking party! Weed over customer service!

The food was good, for a Zaxbys. But the service was horrendous. The cashier seemed inconvenienced that I was there to place an order. She asked my name and then proceeded to chat with her coworker about their hair. After quite a while the coworker noticed me staring at the cashier waiting for her to ask my order and SHE (the coworker) asks me if I need to order. I said yes and the cashier says she was waiting for me to order. This girl barely made eye contact, didn’t greet me, only had asked my name and then literally turned away to talk to other people. Then she and her friend continued to giggle at each other about what had happened. I don’t have very high expectations of service workers because I know it can be hard to deal with people. But she was beyond rude.

Zaxby’s out did their self, the food was great. It came hot, served in a timely manner, The cashier had a smile on her face ready to assist. I was very pleased with my interaction with zaxby’s they made my day me and my extended family enjoyed our lunch. That’s the example we should all be trying to set. We made an online order and then waited in the restaurant. It said our order would be done in 10 minutes. We sat for 20 minutes waiting I asked about my order they said they were working on it but they never asked for a name then after 30 minutes talking to the employees again they said, ” Oh, somebody must have taken your food,” but no one ever called our name. Look at the picture I have attached. See the way they have the food just set on the rack with no means of control that anybody can come up to take it. So if you order food, expect, sometimes not to get it or to wait triple the time that you were supposed to be picking it up. Then, to top it off after getting our food, it ended up with the order being messed up after they made it again. The chicken fingers were plain when our order clearly stated a sauce to be tossed in, and then my 8-piece turned into a 6-piece. It was busy when I placed the order, but not as I was waiting for it. Though it doesn’t make up for the headache of some Joe smole stealing our order while they were grabbing their order or even worse, somebody knowing that they can come in at any time and grab an order for a free meal. So if you want a free meal, this is the place to grab a surprise meal that is out of sight from the employees to see
