My experience at this Zaxby’s was unlike any other that I’ve visited in the past. The food was good but the staff seemed very disengaged with the customers. The cashier who took my order seemed sad as if they didn’t want to be there. There was trash on the ground in multiple places. It’s possible I went on a busy day but it wasn’t a good representation of this chain.

The Place was great, the people were nice. We came in after church, and the lady at the register said our dresses were pretty. The food was good, and came right after we sat down. We ordered and Boom there it was. All and all it was a really good restaurant!!

First off, the manager needs better staff in the back. The lady who took my order, which was regular nothing out of the ordinary, did a very good job. The young lady in the back kelp smiling very smugly every time she asked her about my order. People who ordered the exact same thing, #1 with a coke, got theirs and was out of there. The lady out front kept asking about mine every time she was met with no answer and the same smug look. It was not until that young lady went on break that I finally got my order. 1 hour and 12 minutes. Yes by this time I was counting the minutes. The lady was almost embarrassed to say my name knowing I had stood there that long and other folks were wondering what I had ordered. I told them that it was my last order to ever order at this place. If I were the owner I would shut it down. I would fire the young lady as well as the manager who made me think I was invisible. I hope the lady out front finds her a better place to work where she isn’t disrespected.

8-6-2022 – driving through and stopped by, via drive-thru. Service alone was worth the visit. Our order was taken by outdoor attendant, and verified. We paid at the window, after order confirmation. Our food was out soon after, and we just arrived. Almost like they were waiting to complete our order. Our meal was hot like we like it, and included the extra sauces we requested. The only slight if any issue, was we would’ve had more fries, and the Zaxbys seasoning . Would recommend this location in a heartbeat.

Got our food in a timely manner and the girl at the front was very nice. With that said, my food was cold and my wife’s was boiling hot. They should have both been hot which I’m ok with to hot but not cold. On top of that we both got 5 piece fingers and 1 dipping sauce a piece. Not even close to enough. I know they charge extra for sauce but there was a long line when I went back in and explained to the young man we did not get enough sauce. Thay could have made it right but would not bug. They wanted me to wait in a long line for 50 cent of sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. No sauce cold chicken and no sense of recovery from staff what a joke

Thought the pandemic would make people appreciate these businesses more. Seems like it just created more complainers. I frequent this location and it’s typically spot on. They handle rushes and busses well. Like any place, they will get busy and may run behind. Rude, impatient customers ruin it. Also the ones that suddenly want to change their order in the drive thru when it’s packed. Great location, friendly staff, and great food.

Was placing an order at the drive thru. I asked to substitute the regular fries and upgrade my fries to the loaded fries. Was told I could not do that. I asked why since I’ve done it at other Zaxby locations and was told because it costs more and if I want to pay the difference. I said yes I’ll pay the difference that’s the whole point. The young man then said I couldn’t do it. I asked to speak with the manager, he told me no. So I pulled off went inside to get the name of the manager. I waited about 5 minutes because they were so busy inside, I walked out. This store needs better training and learning their system. I dont know if this is a new store or the fact they were busy and didn’t want to make the accommodations for orders. Very poor management skills. I know now to not stop at this location when traveling.

very rude staff. the blonde manager girl was rude as hell. zach working the drive thru was also rude. we had 4 sauces on our receipt, yet only got two. the manager girl then proceeds to talk to us like we’re 6 and made us pay for the sauces they didn’t give us!! literally the only nice person was the girl standing outside in the heat.
