The place was a mess! Little smirky white kid at register didn’t give me the number of ranch sauce I ask for and paid for. When I went back up to the counter and ask for the one we didn’t get, he wouldn’t give it to me until I paid .25. There was 5 employees standing at the counter talking and caring on like customers didn’t matter. I’ve included the pictures of sauce and liquids all on the floor, trash cans overflowing and couldn’t throw our trash away. Ketchup packs had smeared sticky stuff all over it. Is e machine didn’t work or water. I left there with my wife saying we never coming back. We spent $30. Id fire all employees there and the manager of it was my business. You just lost a family of 5! It’s a reason chick fil a has more business. Learn from them! Or go out of business. The worst I’ve seen!

Customer service was non existent. Forgot stuff on order. Waited over 10 minutes for my food that was sitting in the window. Employees were confused and acted like they did not care about the people in the lobby, was only worried about door dash and online orders. Will not recommend.

We have nothing bad to say about the people that work here!! However, beware the app. It forced us to a 69 minutes wait. When we get here, on time, the food was a soggy, lukewarm mess!! They cook when they get the printed order. Do not go by what the app says! These wonderful people made it right for us though!! I hate they had to waste food!

Second visit to this location. Pretty much the same review from 2 years ago. Not much change. The service was a slow due to the personal conversations taking place behind the counter. The store was messy. Food and paper on the floor. Leaking ceiling. The food portions also appear to be getting smaller.

went in for lunch that was a big mistake placed 2 orders for dine in stood there 20 min waiting while the manager was sitting at a table eating talking on her cell phone looks liks abunch of kids working there laughing and playing around instead of working the FLOORS were filthy trash everywhere / the tables were nasty nobody cleaning my chicken was not done it was gooey so me and my wife just thru it away i will be adding pictiures of the nasty floors whoever the manager is needs to be fired asap i will never return here this place makes the burger king next door look like a 5 star place this zaxbys has went straight ghetto

Not being able to read must be a requirement to work here because I have never gotten a single order correct from this location. You do not get what you paid for or what is on your receipt here, they will throw whatever they want in the bag, consistently. Scam restaurant.
