Zaxby’s specialized in a unique sauce particularly as a part of the kickin’ chicken my son’s favorite. I ask that the manager pay more attention to the preparation of this signature sandwich. The sandwich Texas toast lightly buttered and lightly toasted. Three tenders placed stop the bottom toast then a generous amount of Zaxby’s special sauce then topped off with toast. The fries are seasoned lightly to perfect.

Never had a good experience here. Never get my food correct. They’re rude . They lie about the food you pay for. And they’re lazy as hell . I’ve had one manager named Fred to ever help me and correct the issue Over 4 years 2 days ago..pathetic I’ve thrown so much food away ..the salad was supposed to have extra cheese simple right? The lights were all off at 7:50pm. They forgot to pay the light bill? . The lady bringing drive thru orders outside gave us the wrong food since she didn’t ask and instead just kind of tossed a bag at me. I opened the bag, some of it spilled out, I cleaned it up and waited for her to bring out my order. I gave her the bag which she then tried to give to the car behind me. I told her she cant do that and she hollered she knew and walked to the drive thru window instead. I wont eat here again. Also, how does a Zaxbys not have sweet tea? Why did they lock the online order people out of the building and not answer the door for them? This place needs corporate help and new management.

If I could give a zero I would. I went through the drive thru yesterday and my food was altered. I have eaten at many Zaxby’s but never had an experience like this. I hv brain cancer, no teeth and didn’t hv my dentures in. I’m assuming that is why the employees were lol the whole time. As well as why my food was altered. Part not even given to me. Once I saw my order I went back. The food was all snatched, away, and I was gvn only a partial refund. I spoke to the VERY COLD RUDE Michelle James. Then I called Ms James boss Rodriguez Jones and he was just as cold and rude. Not one apology at ALL. Not even an excuse. Anyway, now going through corporate and health inspector. We shall see where this goes. In the meantime, IF YOU’RE CRAVING ZAXBY’S FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. I urge you to go to the corporate complaint site and read the complaints on the Zelda location. One example is a chewed soggy toothpick in someones zalad! GGAAAROSS!!!

I pulled to the drive thru they told me the sandwich I ordered was going to take 8-10 because they had a bus load of kids inside the girl was polite and rude at the same time she started taking my order then told me to hold and when she came back asked me for my or see er again what I wanted I couldn’t get because she claimed they couldn’t sub Zax sauce for Mayo and I know that’s a lie I use to work there and I do it at other Zaxbys I asked why she said because they didn’t have Mayo I’m like what…and I order the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries and while they looked good they were Luke warm ugghhh I hate Luke warm fries in order for that order to be great they have to be fresh
