Went through the drive-thru and had to pull forward to wait for our large order to be brought out (no problem). Only 3/5 of the order was brought out and had to go inside to get the rest. Staff inside was extremely helpful, understanding and quick. Honest mistake and the staff made it right with no problem whatsoever. Highly recommend. Food was great.

Chicken wings were dried out and must have been cooked earlier in the day. For the price of the salad, l could have went to Sam’s club and bought a real nice one. Would not recommend this place at all.

I came an hour after they opened. My husband and i got two wings and things. The staff was really nice but the wings were overcooked, hard, and cold. For two people our total was 30$. I was upset about paying that much for food that wasn’t good. The food was ready before I got to the window but I would have rather waited and had fresher food. To be there not long after they opened I’m not sure why the food was like that.

We like to get the things and wings with sauce on both. Usually even after we ask for that they only put sauce on the wings. Today they actually got it right. The guy on the intercom read back our order at the intercom and at the window as well which was great bc we knew we were getting what we actually wanted.

Was this an off day for staff and food? Have been to many other Zaxby’s, but this time only 3 stars. Stopped in about 1:30 for lunch, no one came to the front counter for several minutes nor were we greeted. Finally, a young lady, who was the only nice person on staff, it seemed, took out orders. While getting our drinks, a big guy comes out and calls our name for our order; I said thank you, and he did not say ONE WORD, just turned his back and walked to the back area. Very rude to be that way to the ones who actually pay your salary, sir!
