traveling to the beach and decided to stop at zaxbys here at this location. It was me and a couple of my friends and we ordered chicken tenders and French fries and sides of coleslaw. We asked for sauces and then we pulled up to the window we asked for an extra ranch packet. Singular. jah’marr at the window told us that we could not add to our order and that we already had a ranch. Singular. On our order. I would understand that if it was a full meal that could not be added but it was ranch packet and we even offered to pay for it. Once we pulled out to check our bag we didn’t even have 1 packet of ranch. (Or straws). I know it’s just a ranch packet.. but it’s also just a ranch packet?

We travel often, and Evergreen is one of our usual stopping points for food. We love zaxby’s, so we enjoy stopping there. The first time, they had no appetizers. A one-off, so I didn’t think much of it. Second time, same thing. Third time, they seemed to be out of the whole menu. And with each order, we had to wait in the handicapped spaces just to have them bring out our food. This franchise needs to be closed or put under new ownership.

This place is a problem every time we eat there. Today we paid for extra sauce (didn’t get it) when showing Michelle the receipt I was given very rude instructions on how I would have to pay 25 cent for something I have already paid for. Won’t be coming back.

Traveling home to Birmingham…..stopped in drive thru to get lunch…..very nice in the drive thru! Paid, and remembered hey, I have my dog with me….. asked for a small ice water….. was told I had to go inside for a small ice water ….. i questioned twice like “huh”????? I would have paid double for a small ice water for my dog????? What???? Have to go inside to get an ice water? Just paid almost $11 for a meal with my own drink and asked for a small ice water to add to my order???? Needless to say …..didn’t get a small ice water!

We were stopping by for a restbreak and snack. Order was fast and correct. Got the chicken tender meal and kicking chicken sandwich meal. Delicious, smelled better than ever before. Unique drink machine! We were hungry, but still have left overs, so now we won’t have to stop anymore. Perfect. Of course we went inside. The restroom is up to date and clean. We chose /I chose this place because they had the highest rating amongst the other restaurants, 4.2 (they deserve better lol.) We only lost a total amount of time of 10 minutes ETA! Food was fresh! …sorry these photos are after those first few bites that just have to happen. Also I gave away my bread to create 3 hand helds out of the sandwich, for the driver. Ok I’m done. Sincerely the passenger who was hangry and is now happy!

Placed my order with a girl who showed no emotion, acted like she really didnt want to be at work, were out of all sides except fries and cole slaw. Waited 25 minutes for my food, get to my hotel down the road, I didn’t even have the right order. I order a #7 and #4, i received 2 #4s. My son wanted a grill cheese sandwich only, was told I couldn’t just have the sandwich, paid $7 for a whole meal, soggy fries and the sandwich he only ate 1 bite, it was so disgusting. Save your time and money, do not eat here. Worst zaxbys I’ve even been too. ZERO STARS!

Absolutely the most horrible customer service We have ever had. We placed our order on line as they requested. Then it took 25 minutes to get our order for 4 people. Then they wanted to argue about giving us only 3 cups when we orders 4 meals. They go on to ask a million questions about why we can’t use drive through and asked a million questions over a cup! That we paid for 30 minutes prior. Then one of the orders wasn’t right when we got it. We all but had to cook the food ourselves. I’m not sure who owns this franchise, but I’d advise a customer service course. I know it’s hard to find employees these days, but they are running your customers off. Attitude is everything!!! I’d lock the doors to this place before I treat people the way we were treated. If I could give 0 stars, that’s what it would be! Also- no one is working at all….

The WORST Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. We eat Zaxbys often, especially when traveling and this franchise makes us never want to eat it again. HORRIBLE service and the staff could care less. We paid extra for additional sauces. Once we received our food, there was not a single sauce in the bag or any utensils/napkins to eat with. Of course the dining area is closed so we had to go BACK through the drive through to request the missing items and the staff made us wait in line behind 4 cars just to get the items THEY MISSED. Food was cold by this time. Would never give this Zaxbys my business. Wish I could give a less than 1 star review.

Our order was placed at 12:06pm and was scheduled for pickup at 12:16pm. We arrived at 12:26pm and the order had not even been created yet. The drink machine was broken so there were only bottled water. When I arrived at the counter the cashier told me that I would have to wait because there were others in front of me. That completely defeated the purpose of the order ahead via the app.
