None of us cared much for the chicken fingers. Normally, we would give it a second chance, but it is the furthest chicken place from our house, so we will not be going back. The service was excellent, though. The staff were very friendly.

The person at the counter had an attitude when I went to pick up my order. When I got to the hotel and realized they forgot the zaxbys sauce when it clearly shows to add two extra on the reciept. Compared to other Zaxbys I’ve been to, this one was a little run down and food didn’t taste the same.

They forgot my zaxby’s sauce asked for it and they said it would be $0.30 when I told them they didn’t put it in the box they said it had to be there that I missed looked I relooked brought my box up there and she said well sorry that will still be $0.30 if u want it.

Ordered inside and waited 20 minutes and watched every single customer after me get their food. Asked for manager and they confirmed they completely forgot about my order. Got refund and went and got chicken at Wendy’s next door. My order there was given within 5 minutes. It’s no wonder Zaxbys is doing so poorly around the AL/LA areas.
