Husband and I both agreed that the chicken at this location tasted awful today… Like the breading or grease had gone off so the flavor was unappetizing. Women’s restroom was filthy and the stalls looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in ages. Dining surfaces and booths were sticky. Employees were friendly though.

Employees were sitting outside by the door when we drove to the drive-thru. We waited for someone to take our order for 10 minutes, and we pulled off without ordering. If the business was closed for whatever reason, the employees should have said something to us when we pulled up or put a sign on the intercom order box.

Zaxby’s Zenzation Zalad I’ve had it several times before, but my Zalad that was purchased today February 25, 2023 does NOT look like what I’ve purchased before or as what their advertisements say. WHERE IS THE ASIAN SLAW!? In my Zalad there is only the green salad mix, chopped up bits of chicken, small egg roll. The egg roll was greaser than an old sock. This is not what the Zalad use to taste or look like!! GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ZAXBY’S ZENZATION ZALAD PLEASE!! I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE!!

The reason I gave this review is because the cashier was rude, had an attitude and I asked for extra sauces and she didn’t ring them up nor charged me so I had to wait and get back in line just to reorder my sauces for my children! I would’ve given them five stars if the service was good but it wasn’t and so because of the cashier I give them 3 stars because of her!

On June 21 2023 the hubby and I ordered two number 9 which was the traditional wings and the chicken tenders. And it was cold and nasty. Won’t be ordering from this place again. The chicken tenders were so hard it could chip my tooth off

I ordered 2 Buffalo finger meal 6 fingers and 1 chicken finger meal 6 fingers. They all are hard and burnt looking. The fingers use to look nice and brown. We did not enjoy this!
