My family ordered inside and planned on eating there but did notice several others waiting for food. All our food was put into to go bags with no sauces which we paid extra. It was understandable since they were busy and we were patient. After we asked for dipping sauces and dressing we still sat down to eat. Well I’m glad we did because the grilled chicken salad had no chicken!! The white cheddar bites were cold too. I was too scared to ask them another chicken, so I just ate and we left very disappointed. The review is Double check your food Always!

I normally love Zaxby’s however, this was the first time going to this location. Apparently they were having some service issues because every car ahead of me, including myself were asked to park in the parking lot and wait for their food to be delivered after waiting about 25 minutes, my food was finally brought to me, once I got home, I was very disappointed to see such a pitiful presentation of the salad I normally always get and have never had an issue with this did not only have about half the quantity it should’ve had it didn’t even have all the stuff including the eggs about four pieces of chicken. What is the max. I’m extremely disappointed and doubt I’ll ever visit this location again. Shame on whoever was overseeing things tonight.

Had a great experience here today. Popped in for a quick lunch on the go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked clean, well staffed, and well taken care of. The food was good. Wings were a little on the soggy side but tasted good. Great location close to the center of town. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Brought my family here on one of our road trips. I wanted Caesar salad but that particular salad is no longer available — I guess at any Zaxby’s. So my wife and I chose the fried chicken Cobb salad instead. When we got to the table there was no chicken on either salad. When I notified one of the people at the counter of that, they took the salads and returned them with what seemed like an unusually small portion of chicken on both. There were literally five small chunks on one and about eight on the other. The salad tasted a bit old otherwise. One of my sons said his wings didn’t taste good. Overall, the food wasn’t that good, and it’s way overpriced for what it is.

Too many employees not paying attention to the order. Food was prepared lazy they drizzled sauce over the boneless wings meal for my kids. I asked for double meat on the salad multiple times and it wasn’t added. I had to ask for extra sauce for the wings the guy just handed it to me and shut the window trying to rush us out of the drive through. I spent $60 here and the service may have been worth $10 . I don’t know if there was a manager there or not but they need more management there with more experience because this was a horrible experience at this location .

Where should I start? My mom and I ordered online and get there around 6:40 and the front door is locked and you can’t get in. So went to the drive thru waited almost 30 minutes to get an mobile order. When we finally got our food it was wrong. I had to ask for my coleslaw that I ordered but it came with chicken. Ordered 2 salads and one without cucumbers and of course it came with cucumbers! Drove 25 minutes to get food and it was a nightmare just to get it and took forever. Not to mention they had teenagers working and didn’t look like a manager was around. What a joke. They open this place back up and they shouldn’t have opened back up at all.

I ordered a wing’s meal in the drive-through with a medium coke. I was handed a drink and asked to pull up. The drink was red, so when they brought out my food I asked for it to be replaced. They took it back inside and never returned. After several minutes of waiting I went inside. They eventually tell me that the drink machine is broken. I ask if something else can be substituted, to which I am told they have milk and apple juice. I say I’ll take an apple juice, and she begins taking the order of the person behind me, completely ignoring me. I leave with no drink and no refund. Terrible service.

This place is terrible, whoever manages this place is terrible. Multiple times my order has been messed up, and I am pretty sure the new manager here is conniving and she does not care about getting peoples food right. She actually was upset at us about our food being messed up. Every time since the first time my food was messed up everything is always wrong. I ask for sweet tea, they give me unsweetened tea, I ask for certain things on a sandwich (and PAY FPR THE EXTRAS) they don’t put them on there. Always messing something up and always leaving something out. I am so tired of going here and I guess I might just have to make the extra drive to either church street or Rutherford just to have my food made correctly. Or not go at all! I’m tired! Do better!

I recently went to Zaxby’s a few days ago and there is only one word I can describe it as: Terrible. Not because of the food, it’s because of the manager her name is Amanda and she was unbelievably rude. She had the nastiest attitude of all time. The way she treated her customers was absolutely disgusting, she kept rolling her eyes and giving snarky replies. If she treats her customers like this I wonder what treatment her co-workers get. Oh I do know actually because I heard her literally yelling at the top of her lungs to one of her peers, this is a place of work, and there was no professional what so ever. There is absolutely no reason why she should have the position of a manger, when she doesn’t manage anything, if she’s good at anything it’s making the situation worse than it was before.
