first time eating zaxbys, and i was very disappointed in the environment. cashier rushed us through our order, but food was good. i dont know how clean their products are if theyre willing to let customers look at this while eating. there was a liquid under the highchair, and no wet floor sign. who knows what the liquid is, did a kid spill something all over themselves or wet their pants? yet, they just left it there…

It’s the 4th of July, I was the only customer in drive through. Completely messed up my order. When I drive back around to get my order corrected, they tried to charge me additional money to correct their mistake. The manager Brentay with the buck teeth began barking at me demanding I give him the food back in order for me to get my money back after I offered the food back multiple times. After 15 minutes of arguing, some nicer lady came up and and completely fixed the issue in 30 secs. The manager Brentay was completely argumentative, unprofessional, and gave “top flight security of the world Craig” if you know you know. He doesn’t need to manage anything. He need training real bad.

I love Zaxbys in Clarksville TN. My kids live in mufreeburough so we tried it 3 times. Each time very dissapointed. I got a salad. It was extra small and nothing was fresh. It tasted like garbage smells. My cucumbers and tomatoes were all mush…

The staff here are rude and don’t make orders correctly. Every time I order hot food, it’s cold and wrong, and my salads are always made wrong. I was in the middle of saying my order and was rudely cut off and told my total, then got to window and got attitude from the worker because I told her I wasn’t done ordering. And every time they mess up my order and say they’ll fix it, they just make it wrong a second time.
