I usually come to zaxbys every other day ! I added extra chicken which they say is extra chicken. I called and asked for the manager which she said she was speaking she said she bagged my order and saw put extra chicken then on top of that HUNG UP IN MY FACE .. I used to work at zaxbys for part time (not at this location) but THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHICKEN . Very disrespectful and disappointing for a manager to speak to ANY customer !!

The sandwich was good, but not what I expected. Service was friendly and the food was served hot. Glad to see that their dining room was open. Social distancing and mask were requirements were enforced. Drink stations could have been cleaner and ice machine was not working. I was surprised to see no iced tea available?

Ordered 20 wings extra crispy, got 20 wings soggy. Fries were soggy. Ordered 8 piece boneless wings, got 5 chicken bites. Ordered fried pickles, got half an order of fried pickles. Now I remember why I quit eating at this zaxbys. Gotta finish cooking the wings that they were supposed to cook. $48 worth of garbage pretty much.

We keep trying to give this place a chance and they always fail us. Vulgar language as soon as the window opens with a side of teenage attitude. Order is always wrong, cold and missing things like zax sauce , straws, napkins, etc. You can tell there is an issue at this location from all the negative reviews its gotten lately and no one is responding apologetically. I’ll spend my money elsewhere moving forward. UPDATE: Owner response 2 months later. Just what i expected

Let me just start this by saying an entire work crew of high school teenagers is a horrible idea. Not only did they get my order wrong it was served cold..and that was fine by them. One would think that loaded cheese fries should come with the cheese melted on the French fry not cold. It gets better. Our stop was at 7pm and they were beginning to close for the evening. My husbands food was so bad it physically made him vomit. He waited patiently for the high school girl to stop cleaning the bathroom (15 minutes). He thought she had finished and he went in and threw up. Then she barged in the bathroom and told him to get out while he was throwing up from the terrible food. Needless to say we will never eat here ever again. What happened to taking care of customers or being concerned if they are sick..not yelling at them to get out of the bathroom.

Wasn’t sure whether to go 3 or 4 stars. To be a dine in fast food type restaurant, it works out either way. Was greeted immediately and the food was good. The prices seem to be on the high end for what we got but not high enough to not go back.
