Check your food before pulling away from the drive through! For the price you pay! A chicken platter with slaw- no fork/spoon provided nor naps. The fries were mushy and cold. So very disappointing. Tenders were just ok- barely warm. I felt like I was eating yesterdays leftovers.

Ordered a large fountain drink for $3.50 with tax. The assistant manager took my order. But, I wasn’t told that something was wrong with their fountain drink machine. Everything tasted flat. Went back and asked them to fill the drink up out of their drive-thru Coke machine. Still didn’t taste as good as it normally does. They said that they were aware that the main dining machine was not working properly and they didn’t know how to fix it. But did not tell me before purchasing my drink. Highly disappointed! The machine should have been marked. I’ve had other problems with this Zaxby’s.

Ordered a zalad, not only do they not have any of the good salads they used to, I get that it’s a corporate thing… still ridiculous, but my zalad was severely lacking LETTUCE. I got it “tossed” in tongue torch sauce & it was drizzled (at best) on like 2 pieces of chicken and all over my tomatoes. Chicken on our loaded fries and on my zalad was not fully cut either. I’m sorry, but this is the worst Zaxby’s.

Ordered a 6 finger plate double fries and an large fry. The fry’s came out and we’re cold and stale. We complained and gave them the extra fries back and asked for fresh one.

Most Zaxby’s I have been in are great, this particular location does not live up normal standards. Wasn’t busy at all, but almost every table was dirty, and the bathroom was downright scary when I went to wash my hands. Our order for 4 was missing items that we had to go back for, ketchup bin was empty, area where it is with the straws hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Not as picky as this may sound but do expect cleanliness and customer service.

Passing through and decided to give Zaxby’s a try. Food was EXCELLENT! Hot, fresh, great flavor! Dirty tables, garbages overflowing, and AC was pumping SUPER cold were kind of a turn off but no big deal. I was very unimpressed with the staff that assisted me. No sense of urgency to be found anywhere except for one young lady who seemed to be running drive thru. Very lackluster demeanors almost to the point I felt as if I was disturbing them by placing my order. When my order was ready, and they called my name, they said it as if I were standing right in front of them in terms of volume. Thankfully, I was listening for my name otherwise who knows how long my order would’ve sat on the counter.

This place is usually great. Unfortunately the last 2 times I came to their drive-thru my chicken has been cooked to death!! Not edible to me (but my dog ate it). The service was fast & friendly but my $25 could have definately went towards a better meal.

So, I hate posting this review; because historically, I have enjoyed eating here. It has been a good bit of time since I’ve ate Zaxbys (many months). I decided to break the fast at this store. I went to the bathroom first. What I saw and smelled was unspeakable. The floor was covered in sludge (what appears to be months if urine). The bathroom stunk of rank rodent urine. It was so bad, I walked out – there is no way the food is clean or edible. In my way out, I looked at how bad the dining room was kept. Nothing smelled fresh or clean.

Amazing staff! I filed a complaint on the Treasury Dr location that messed up my order on a 20pc traditional wings. I gathered a redemption code from the local customer service number and I called Victoria Howard. Store manager and her staff worked to redeem the other stores error quickly and in great quality!
