Placed an online order for pickup (because drive-thru was not an option) went to go pick it up and the door was locked at 8:45pm an hour and 15 minutes before close at 10. So I then have to go through the drive-thru and wait behind a vehicle that seemingly placed an order for 10 people. Finally I get my food, no zax sauce, my food is cold, and my fries weren’t seasoned. 🙁

Ordered boneless wings and things with extra fries and gave us a small portion of fries which was perfectly fine but when I went in and told them the back lady was disrespectful about it and still didn’t give me that many fries back. Not a big deal was super respectful telling them but just didn’t like how I was treated.

My wife and I were very disappointed. We watched people who ordered their food after us get theirs before us and finally after 15 minutes we got it with one order of the bacon ranch fries having a hair right on top, melted in the cheese and the chicken sandwich was wrong. When we took it back to the counter to show them and ask that they fix it, the guy who took our order was laughing I asked if it was funny and he said yes…because I had an attitude. Wouldn’t you have an attitude if someone was laughing about a hair being in your food and the order being wrong?

Pretty decent restaurant. I like the breading on the chicken, the bread was OK, and the fries weren’t my favorite. The sauce is what makes it though. Didn’t have enough. Ask for like 50 packs or buy yourself a whole box from them.

I just wish they world pay more attention in the kitchen when making the dishes I order the bacon ranch loaded grief a lot and the chicken tenders are almost never cut into etable pieces they’re big chunks and the bacon is almost never cut they leave it in straps just wush they’d do better.
