This was the worst meal ever! The toast was warm, the chicken was old and hard, and the fries were cold & disgusting! If I had an imaginary dog, he wouldn’t eat this food! This was a very bad experience. I only rated this a one star because I didn’t get the option to not give any stars. Zaxby’s Hixson Pike you all need to do better!

I order a Cobb Salad and 10 piece barbecue boneless wings and large fries. The only thing hot and tasty was the fries. Salad was old and the 10 piece barbecue boneless wings cold and old. This is the second time around 11am and noon this has happen to me at this location.

You can’t wait 30 seconds for the client to leave before talking sh!t about them? I just communicated with you, that means I have ears that can hear. I’ve been to Zaxby’s all over town and I tried to avoid this location because they have the worst and most horrible attitude on the smallest things. Sounds like your parents didn’t raise you right. The atmosphere is just so hateful.

Placed online order. Ready at 8:15. Went into the store at 8:30 and they did not have an order in my name. I got a comframation number. The money came out of my account. I placed it at the correct store. Where did I go wrong? I called the so called “customer service number” and they had no clue either. Customer service called the store and they would not anwser. I called the store and told them to anwser thier phone. At 9:45 we finally got some of our order. The customer service agent said she could issue a $5 coupon for my trouble. I spent $45 dollars, got half of my order wrong, and your gonna offer me $5? Seriously? I asked for a courtesy call from someone else. So far, I got nothing. This is exactly why I will not be back at any Zaxbys. They simply do not care about thier customers. Some of you know exactly what I’m talking about. Tell everyone by posting a review and letting others know. Do not come to Hixson or Soddy Zaxbys. They do not know the meaning of customer service and do not deserve our hard earned money.

Had the Asian Zenzations salad. It’s not as good as last year. Eggroll over cooked and not as big as they used to be. Service was ok, and the tea was good. The place was clean. Would go back to get something different.

Pretty good salads! Chicken fingers are just ok….kind of small for what you pay for! Also its a good idea if you are getting take at the drive up window, to check your order before you leave the lot!!!

Very disappointed. I ordered a 6 piece finger meal with 2 Cole slawsand ranch instead of fries. I received a 3 piece zax snack…no ranch no Cole slaw. I will be calling the store today. I still have receipt and pictures.
