I am disappointed with what happened when I received my order today. I live 40 minutes away and when I got home with dinner the fried pickles were apparently so hot that they melted through the box and almost through the second. Easily could have burned myself had I dug into them immediately. We didn’t feel comfortable eating them so ended up throwing them away. This location is the only zaxbys me and my husband order from because the food always tastes delicious and comes out right. I hate leaving not great reviews but this was a first for us.

i’m not one to leave reviews but it seems like every single time we get food from this location, it’s wrong, something is left out, or the food is cold. we only live a few minutes away so it’s not like it’s getting cold on the way home. tonight, 7/7, around 6:30pm, we did an online order to hopefully get through faster. sat in line for 20 minutes, brought the food home, & had no sauces, no straws for the drinks, & the fries were cold. i understand a friday night is going to be busier than normal but even on random weekdays that we have decided to go, it’s the same thing. for it to be as expensive as it is for fast food, it’s always been a disappointing experience. we only keep trying because of convenience on the few nights we don’t want to cook but we may have to start reconsidering.

When placing my order we were asked what sauce we wanted, we asked for a side of nuclear sauce as well as tongue torch sauce on the wings. Not only did they not give us the sauce on the side they also gave us plain wings. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if this was not a regular occurrence but it seems every time I go to this zaxbys location something is missing as if they don’t even listen when we respond to their questions. Over all after so many bad experiences I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Long wait time at the speaker before they could take our order; rude, pushy, and unhelpful; did not provide napkins or utensils(needed for one of the meals); and when we asked for Mayo they dropped them instead of handing them to us causing the packets to fall. Even with limited options in the area it isn’t worth your time, there’s a mcdonalds down the road that has better service.

Longest drive through wait in Soddy. They lost 4 cars in line just while I was there. This is has happened on the last two times I’ve been here. Either under staffed or lazy. Either way it’s killing business.
