The food was delicious as always but I feel as if the quality has declined a little bit. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but our wings were not super saucy and one of my group members’ wings were practically dry. The service was quick and easy even though there was only one cashier. I got the wings and things with wimpy sauce which was awesome and the zax sauce is incredible! Would come again

Love zaxbys. Got ranch instead of zaxbys sauce, no napkins, stale fingers, no slaw xtra fries but got 3 xtra fries and a fork. I went at 9:15 and heard the employees talking about how they don’t care about working at the end of their nights while sitting at the window… close at 9 then

Dinned in, placed an order for 3 meals. Waited 20 minutes and watched a number of customers who came in after us get their food. Asked them what was taking so long and the response was “we forgot”. Got the food pretty quickly after but they put pickles on two sandwiches that were no pickles. Worst Zaxbys I’ve been too and likely will never be back to this location

Service was great but fingers were way too salty for my taste. One finger was overly chewy. The Texas toast had an unusual odor thar seriously smelled like a can of paint. No other way to describe it. While the service was great, it was the food I came for and it did not suit my tastes. I have eaten at other zaxby’s and enjoyed the meals. Disappointed.

This is the second time this week my boyfriend and I have gone to this Zaxbys. Both time the chicken was COLD right when we got it and the fries were STALE like they were cooked that morning. Im writing this before I even eat because im so dissatisfied. We paid for EXTRA SAUCE and only got ONE. We paid for the chicken fingers to be sauced and they DID NOT sauce them. Wasted money and wasted time. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. When my friends and family go here its the same for them. COLD food and COLD fries. I guess thats what you get when its run by a bunch of kids.

I love the food at Zaxby’s but they always seem so poorly run, and this place is no exception. Service was super slow (what happened to “fast” food?). The cashier didn’t know anything more than a customer; when she was asked a question she just turned around and read off the menu. She was also placing food on the counter, not shouting names, not leaving receipts, so no one knew when their food was ready or who’s it was. I asked if a specific unmarked bag was mine, a bag that had been sitting there for a while, and she said if the food since matches my order it’s probably mine.

This location has went downhill in the last year. Today was the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever had… the chicken fingers on the sandwich were clearly old or horrifically overcooked, and barely edible. I had to pay for extra sauces because it was so dry.
