Went in at 6:30 pm on a Sunday night. Greeted by the cashier who was drinking a soda as she took my order. Noticed 2 other workers eating behind the counter. 3 other workers looking/ texting with their phones. Soft Drink machine needed to be cleaned. Door glass smeared with finger prints. Food was fine. Won’t be back until the staff acts in a more professional manner.

Been to this location three times over the last month every time it’s at 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at night every time they say they’re closing for some reason that makes zero sense. Tonight they’re working on the parking lot somehow they’re working on it with 10 cars in the parking lot and people still in the store. Whoever owns the store good luck your night shift is closing early every night.

placed order on mobile app, it was cold when i received it. asked for it to be remade, manager got SMART, gave me the remade order and said “she can’t come back in here with that smart attitude” when i walked out, but he was getting smart with me also. DO BETTER! don’t work fast food if u can’t HANDLE the customer SERVICE!

I just spent $40 for food; I can not even feed my kids! Dried up, old wings covered in sauce that my child damn near choked on and cold overcooked, dried up fries slathered with season salt is unacceptable! My gosh! Does anyone take pride in their job anymore? How about the owners?

They are always out of egg rolls. Best thing on the menu and they are always out. I asked an employee when they would have them again, she replied “you can get one with a salad”. The Asian Zensation salad is gross! No thanks.

Wasn’t too crazy about the food we got the Zaxby’s salad with the egg roll, it was liking a lot. It didn’t have much lettuce in it and what it had wasn’t all that fresh. I was very disappointed.

The food is good yo me everytime I come here and they have bussin lemonade and their “Zax Snacks” and “Wings and things” meals are extremely delicious with bbq, or sweet and spicy suace (Asian zing!)! Nice place to stop for a quick snack!

We usually come here on Sundays after church and our experience is always well around the excellent range from the food to the service. However tonight we came in and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The front cashier couldn’t stay off her cell phone. Upon finally receiving my order the sauces I ordered with our meal was not in the bag and so I asked and I was told I had to wait for the kitchen staff to get it when there are 4 or 5 good size containers of zax sauce by the drive thru window literally 4 feet from the front cashier person. I was told that that sauce was just for drive thru and that I would have to wait. Don’t get me wrong the food was good but the service was horrible. So come for the food but be warned that you will more than likely have a terrible customer service experience.

In the previous 6 months or more when ordeing the fingerz family pack at the hwy58 Chattanooga location they’ve miss counted suaces on my orders? Yes it’s annoying especially when you pay extra for them when added to the order, also less fries given out and they’re undercooked?

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve experienced at a Zaxby’s. If I could leave zero stars I would. The lettuce was almost rotten, salad was half way put together on all 3 salads. Bread missing out of all of our 4 meals. Staff appears almost dead, so unhappy looking. Dinning room was dirty, trash and napkins not picked up. Trash needed to be empty yesterday’s. Whomever is the owner , they should be ashamed of running such a horrible store…
