Matt the general manager was wonderful! While looking at the menu we told him we were from out of town and had never been to a Zaxby’s. After we ordered our food he brought my husband and I each a piece of chicken with all the different sauces to try. He was wonderful and friendly would 100 recommend coming to this location and to try Zaxby’s if you haven’t.

Matt Amos at this location went above and beyond to help us. We wanted traditional wings and they was out. He apologized and said we could go across town. But then suggested he could use another not breaded chicken in the sauce we wanted and even cut it up for us. This is what you call great customer service. We need more employees that care about their job like this. Thank you for help and kindness.

Waited in drive thru over 20 minutes and purchased two grilled cob salads with two sugar free rootbeers….what I got was on halfway decent salad and one with mostly lettuce, barely any chicken and drinks that were not drinkable ( no syrup all fizz)…and that will be the last time I waste my hard earned money on Zaxby’s! Don’t eat here if they are busy!

I haven’t only had one bad experience at this location, I have had multiple. I hesitated to post this, but this needs to be heard. The first bad experience I had was through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, the guy said that they were closed joking around, but very unprofessional. He accused us of taking an extra drink and he was cussing at the window with other co workers. We then opened up our food and our orders were completely wrong and there was no sauce like we asked for. My second experience was earlier today when I went into the restaurant to get a bite to eat. I stood and stood and stood there at the front for a good 10 minutes and nobody would take my order. I even was yelling at the employees behind the counter and waving my hands in the air to get their attention but they wouldn’t even budge. I personally think that the employees of this location need more PROFESSIONALISM skills. With the experiences I have had here, unfortunately I will not be returning. This is insanely awful service, and I feel like others could agree!!

Very Fresh food!! Very polite!! Helpful staff.Best chicken tenders in town. Cajun chicken sandwich is a awesome love it!! North roan st store and University is always busy. Matthew on front counter at the north roan store is a really exceptional employee.The Carbonation on the drink machine is off and it tastes awful.

The staff did their job wonderfully even though the owners haven’t. First, they took everything spicy or flavorful off the menu. Then, they painted the whole place brown and tan and pulled out half the lights. The place looks like the gentrified lobby of a Ramada inn in a touristy neighborhood and you can’t even get insane sauce. Despicable.

I ordered two salads. The salads are perfect. But if you are open till 11 p.m. why were all the menu lights off in drive thru there are no lights outside this place looks closed when I pulled up I thought it was closed till they greated me!!
