I ordered 4 pieces of grilled chicken about 10-15 minutes before closing time. They probably didn’t have 4 pieces to sell me. They could’ve dropped them fresh since I was charged for them but no they give me 2 pieces and put a half a piece in each box. That is stealing. If you didn’t want to make them then why didn’t you charge me for 2 pieces instead of 4.

Zaxby’s use to be the best place in town to get a salad. But in the past year they have really went down hill. A salad has went up from $7 to $10 which I didn’t mind bc they were always good quality ingredients and a good size. But now they are charging more for less quality ingredients and the at now half the size they use to be. Last time I got a salad I thought maybe they had an off day. So I went back again to give them another chance. My salad had rotten lettuce in it (see pic of the pieces I picked out before I decided to give up n throw the whole thing away) and it was half the normal size (see pics). One time is a fluck but twice is a pattern. I am truly disappointed about how they’ve went down hill and will not be going back to zaxbys ever.

For our first time eating at Zaxby’s, it was a nightmare. We went through the drive thru, and after paying, we were told there would be about a 6 minute wait for our food. Cool. 20 minutes later, I went to ask for an update. I was completely ignored. 5 minutes after that, my husband went in for an update. He stood there trying to get an employees attention for at least another 5 minutes before he was told they had JUST STARTED our order. He tried to ask for a refund but because they ignored him and his questions until after our chicken was being cooked, thwy wouldnt allow it. So 6 minutes ended up becoming almost 45 minutes before we got back in the car and went home. Both my husband and I were blatantly ignored by all 4 staff members. There were maybe 3 customers inside and another 3 cars that had arrived after us in the drive thru. 2 of the cars that came after us got their food BEFORE us. No one offered an apology or explanation. The food itself was fine, but the way the employees handled that whole situation, because we weren’t the only ones waiting, was awful. Mistakes happen, but someone should probably explain that to the customers…

I’ve ate at many Zaxby’s across the country but this one is the worst. Last time I went in to place a carry out order, I stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and they were not busy in the restaurant but their drive thru was. The employee who finally came up to take my order had been standing over there talking to their friends in a booth the entire time, obviously their time is more valuable than mine, even though they are on the clock! When I get home to eat my chicken tenders, the taste and texture is like chewing on fried rubber, just awful. A few years before this I was eating a zalad here and there was a piece of hair in it! The manager made it right and gave me some wingz instead. Just horrible!!!

My husband & I go in to this Zaxbys probably 3-5 times a week. Normally the young female Mgr is there & things run very smoothly, food is hot & fresh but tonight she wasn’t there & that’s when we found out that us being customers really didn’t matter. We always spends any where from $20-$30 per trip. We always order 20pc boneless wings 10 sweet & spicy then my 10 wimpy. We got our boneless wings tonight & omg I was so disappointed in my food when I opened my to go box, so my husband took my order back into the store to try to explain to the Mgr on duty (Brayden) what was wrong so my husband started to tell him what we ordered & he(mgr) cut my husband off saying ya I know what you ordered, when my husband showed him my boneless wings he replied with a smart remark of ya they come frozen thats how we get them so that’s what you get. Please keep in mind we couldn’t even cut the boneless wings cause how hard they were. Brayden doesn’t have to worry about us coming back into that restaurant while he is working we can spend our money with a different company that offers what we enjoy eating. Brayden please remember word of mouth wins or loses the customers favor. I hope tomorrow you have a better day!
