This is my granddaughter’s favorite place to eat. She’s loved it for most of her young life. She’s working now and often asks us to bring her Zaxby’s for her lunch break. The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. We always get her a “special order” (no sauce), and rarely do they make it wrong. The food is hot, cooked correctly, and quite tasty.

Chicken was way overcooked to the point it was hard and gross. The chicken was also put into the container super hot that it burned holes it. The lady in the back that was preparing the food was very rude. They said that is the way they cook them. I have ate at other Zaxby’s and the chicken wasn’t this nasty. They gave me more but still was overcooked!! Not happy with this place..

Drive thru went fairly fast. Order was correct and employee was nice. Really enjoyed the loaded chicken fries. Got some Buffalo sauce on the side to put on it, didn’t need it but worth it. They did forget silverware, but wasn’t a very big deal. Would go back to this location.

Chick fil a was closed so we decided to give Zaxby’s a try. HUGE mistake. Cashier was nice, but the food was horrific. Cold and stale French fries and stale chicken and the bun as well. It’s sad because this place has the potential to be great. Hopefully they find someone to manage their business better. It won’t last with this kind of quality and service. Best of luck

I have never been more disappointed in a Zaxby’s than I was at this location at this particular time. It was 45 mins before closing and we thought we were safe to order and eat in without holding them up from closing, we first walked into the most atrocious smell and the most unwelcome look from every employee in that store as they were all just hanging out. We placed our order and was given bags and said we wanted to eat in and they proceed to tell us that we would be rude if we were to eat in the store, was asked if we couldn’t tell they were preparing to close, long story short we didn’t stay took our food and left got home to eat and the chic was dry and small the fry’s were half cooked and the salad was haphazard thrown together with no care or concerns. This would be a hard sell for me to ever return to this location, I know loosing my little bit of money dont hurt them but I thought I’d share my experience, the only positive was the young lady that was the cashier

Recently went in they to zaxbys they messed up my order I didn’t notice until i got home. When I asked for them to make it right they wanted me to take the food from my toodler drive all the way back. Vs willing to just give me what they got incorrectly. Devin was extremely rude and even stated “he didn’t care that I had to take the food away from my child.” By far the worst customer service. If Devin is the kind of manager you having running your store I see why there is always a help wanted sign posted. Do better.

Cashier came and locked the door in hour face 1 hr prior to closing. It was a Friday night and they are supposed to be open till 10pm but I guess the young workers didn’t want to work tonight. Rude. Disrespectful and awful. The whole staff here is utterly terrible. What happened to customer service? What happened to the customer always being right?

Had a great walk in order out experience. Cannot say enough how good the food is, but the prices make it hard to eat there frequently. Such a wonderful staff this trip in. Offered everything with patience for my lack i knowledge of the menu.
