Good tenders. We were Served quickly but my father had to wait almost ten minutes for his meal, after we got our meals. We were almost done when he sat down to eat. Cheddar bites were cold. Eggrolls were good but seemed an odd item for the restaurant. My wife loved the crinkle cut fries but I did not. Coleslaw was good and so was the toast. Felt like a good value. One of the young staff members seemed to not be feeling good and was making quite a commotion about it.

Food was average but we got no sauces. I did a mobile order and everything was tied in the bag. Got home and there wasn’t one sauce, not even a single zax sauce for the chicken. We should have gotten 5 (2 zax, 3 ranch) total. Who eats wings with no ranch? Really brought the flavor down. We live almost 20 minutes away, so it would have been pointless to go back.

I must first say that we are not regular customers of Zaxby’s. The reason why we tried it last week was because of the free meal offered when opting in to receive text messages. I was impressed with the size of the meal itself…4 chx fingers. , fries. and a drink ..an $8 value. (The Big Zax Snax) No purchase required or anything. As for the quality of the meal, I would not go out of my way to get it again. I thought the chicken and the fries were both very dry and just didn’t have that good fried flavor of oil that you get at the other chicken place. But it just may have been one of those off days that restaurants occassionally have I did order a side of fried pickles…..again, not impressed b/c I have had much better. The dining room appeared neat and clean as we waited for our food which we ordered Togo and was ready in less than 5 min. The young man at the register was very friendly from the very start and would be a reason I might give this place another chance. I was disappointed that they had discontinued fried mushrooms from the menu( the only item I have had before) because they were delicious and a reason to go back again. Why do they always discontinue the good stuff? One last thing worth mentioning is that I haven’t received any texts since that day which I think is odd but very glad about!

I’m always greeted with the warmest welcome and every single Employee speack to me with a smile and a Awesome welcome… I always get great service and the food is the best in town. The best service by far in Jefferson city. The managers are so nice and I have become a regular customer just for the service. I would give 10 stars if I could… Every employee is hard workers and this store needs to be rewarded for their great service…

Was stopped on side of building to get our order, but the employee had no menu in hand. Had to use the app which, in my opinion, is harder to find what you want bc you have to swipe around the app. Unlike everyone in the car could look at a menu all at once. Made it feel like I was being rushed by being stared at. Was not convenient at all!
