Zaxbys is a delicious restaurant and I was not let down here. The chicken fingers were a bit hotter than wanted however once they cooled down they were delicious! The wings were amazingly cooked and the sauce was just the right amount. The fries had a good amount of seasoning so they tasted good but weren’t too salty. The only downside was that the restrooms were slippery and the door shut extremely fast. The food was amazing and the service was good. I was allowed to get a free drink cup when the one I had I poked a hole in. Overall great experience!

I usually don’t leave bad ratings, but this place has declined tremendously. THE FOOD WAS COLD. Looks good but not tasty Completely unacceptable. And soft drinks are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo watery they mix with too Much water.. tests like water (water 70% drink 30%)

Went to this Zaxby’s and they made a mistake on my first order. However, after going back and asking for them to correct the error, not only did they do so in a prompt manor, but did so very pleasantly and apologetically. The customer service was excellent and the employees deserve tons of credit.

Passing through on a road trip and SO glad we stopped here. Chicken was delicious! Hot, freshly cooked, super juicy meat, and perfect thickness and crunchiness to the outer breading. Yum yum yum! We went BIG with our meal to get extra fries and a larger drink (42oz) – definitely PLENTY of food for the road. Crinkle fries were delicious as well with tasty seasoning. Thank you for fueling our stomachs with a satisfying lunch!

I was disappointed in the food and appearance of the restaurant. There was a long line at the drive through so I went inside. The inside needs updating (cleaned up). I had the signature sandwich which only had sauce and a pickle. Not what I expected and did not match the picture on the menu. It seems to be a favorite of many so, again, it may just be me, but I was extremely disappointed.
