What’s worse than mediocre chicken? Mediocre chicken when they lie and pull a bait and switch. I had a reward on my Zaxbys app and the cashier and the manager said this location “doesn’t accept rewards from the Zaxby’s app”.

By far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to as far as the food. The food seems to always taste like it’s been sitting out for hours. Granted, I’ve only visited this location a few times, just expected better compared to other nearby locations. They do have great customer service & they are rather quick getting orders out , the food is just not up to par especially compared to their prices. Obviously this is my personal opinion & experience.
