Waited in line for 45 minutes to order. Then get made fun of over a comment I made about my kids. Then get home to find Cole slaw, which I did not ask for, mixed into all my food. Wife’s salad didn’t come with a fork, and the kids meals were cold.

I don’t know why my wife and I keep ordering from here. Maybe we have finally learned our lesson. 5th time in a row that we have been shorted an entire meal on our order. The employees are evidently incapable of getting an order right and I am too in a hurry to check it. Never again.

Went to drive thru on Monday. Ordered a salad, 5 wings and 3 cookies. They gave me my salad and wings but no cookies so I called when I got to work and a worker took my name to get my cookies the next day. So I go the next day and explained, I got no cookies the previous day and lady said “I got you “. Get to the window and they say we out of cookies. So I asked for manager and she smirked and said come back tomorrow we out. I asked for a substitute and she said fries. Fries and cookies are totally not in the same family. At least refund my money. I paid for something I didn’t get and I get hassled. You would at least expect the manager to resolve this issue better but nope!! Poor service and will take your money and waste your time!!! Still no cookies and I lost money. Don’t care how much money because it was my hard earned money
