The one star is for my fries because they were hot and fresh. But my chicken was obviously NOT Zaxby’s chicken. Idk what happened or if they ran out but I honestly think I was served frozen chicken strips from the grocery store. One of my pieces was one big lump of breading. I’ve never had an issue at this location but I was really disappointed with my food today.

They had a puddle of liquid on the floor. No sign. My daughter is disabled and my friend just had surgery. No Soap in the bathroom so all the employees weren’t washing their hands after using that restroom either. The food was the worse. I ate part of it and left. Everything was over cooked. The chicken was alright and the fries were all right known of the buns except one were prepared right. I won’t ever go back to this restaurant.

Went thru the drive-thru the other night… It was around 9:30 when we pulled in and were 2 cars from the speaker. After 15 min we made it to the speaker and I had our order ready to go. Fully rehearsed in my head by this point. But we sat there waiting for an employee to say something. Finally I said hello. The voice was there and it stated, “hold for a min please”. So I held. And I held, I just kept on a helding. Finally at 9:55 I asked if they were planning on letting me order. It was quite for a moment and to my amazement the voice was finally done having me hold. The pissed sounding employee rushed me thru my order and told me to pull up. The exchange of money and food took around 25 more minutes and we left with hot food, correctly made and started home around 10:30. I arrived in plenty of time but I believe the employees were hoping I would just sit till 10 so they could just close on me or I would just drive off. My order was the next to last taken and the line was plenty full. All cars in front of me had already got their stuff and headed elsewhere by the time I was able to place my order. The food was great but the employees need to try harder and act better. I know it’s not a glamorous job but they choose to work it so at least do your best. I’m sure the company pays them so it seems to me like a fair trade. I will keep my distance for awhile to give them time to re-train hopefully.

Good ole Friday worked hard all week , treat the family to zabys ! Wellllllll ordered our food $45 worth headed to the window a gentleman takes my money and proceeds to hand me our kid meal drinks , I politely ask for a cup holder, “we are out” wellll alright what about a lid that fits sir this drink is leaking ? “ we are out” so I said can we please just pour the amount from all three kids sprites into a larger cup once at home I’ll divide it ! Well he closes window and a manager comes out and says “mam if I give u a medium cup and lid I’ll run out “ like really ?!?! I paid for drinks for three small children to hold and obviously since you don’t have cup holders -and drinks with coffee lids that don’t fit , I can’t go down the road like this . Needless to say she was apologetic but reminded me it wasn’t her problem her big boss knew they ran out . Mam clearly it is your problem I’m a paying customer and just communicating the problem prior to my order we could have improvised or upgraded those drinks ! Lord we get home and NOT A SINGLE SAUCE NAPKIN OR FORK ! This is Not a I ran out problem it’s a who wants to work hard anymore or CARE problem ….. we work hard to feed our families so we expect the same .

Two associates stated that google closing time is incorrect; it says 10pm and says confirmed via phone 7 weeks ago on google. Either the information is incorrect; or the closing associates on 7/30/2023 just did not want to cook for the last hour. Pulled up at 9:28pm, 5 cars were turned away.

Nights are there wost I experience bad customer service with this place nonone act like they want to take your order + to go they mess yr order up sometimes they leave your order to sit to get cold and run they mouth for like 20 mins to others co worker no ketch up no ranch to go very rude I love zaxbys when I first ate here it was ok then they got some new ppl with poor ppl skills best to come here early not a hour before closing terrible customer service pay attention to the customers omg almost walk out twice

My coke tasted like straight lime???? My fries were cold and y’all gave me the wrong dipping sauce. I ordered on the app an still got the wrong sauce, it’s spelled out for you.
