Awful. Got the signature club sandwich, wife got the chicken bacon ranch fries. Sandwich was stopped together one pickle one piece of bacon barely any sauce, bacon ranch fries cheese wasn’t melted and couldn’t find any bacon. First time we went since the “pandemic” so we figured we’d give it another shot. Won’t be back.

The Big Zac Snack was fresh and hot. The fries were a little too salty, but they still good. The order taker was very nice and prompt to take my order. The girl Ruthie was quick to expedite my order to me. The atmosphere in there was very pleasant as one of the TVs was on the Weather Channel and being a Storm Chaser, this was very good to see. I give this store a 10-star review. Good job Ruthie!

I don’t even know where to start on how awful it was. My fries were nasty and had a black hair in it. My chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I called 5 times no answer. So I just wasted money, time, and energy to get nasty, uncooked, and a hair with my food.don’t waste you time on this place. I don’t recommend this store. Do better zaxbys!!

I have not eaten at Zaxy in a lone time. Bought wings and Things and a order of fried pickles. Pickles where just pure green could not eat them. Chicken tender were small and over cook. There wings where good. I will not be returning.
