I wish I can give this location 0 stars I order 10 traditional wings and some cheddar bikes The chicken wing was not done So immediately I turned around ask them for a refund They asked me what was wrong with my food and I told them the chicken was not done So all of them started to Laugh So I just asked for my money back I should have known something because usually Zaxby be Pack this is my second time coming here I don’t no why I came back the first time they left my sauce off and gave me 7 French fries and a whole bunch of ice in my drink when I got home i just took a lost so then second time I tried to come back to give them another try the whole team need to be FIRED they don’t care at all what they give people Really need to be shut down they can’t take your order right they always playing need new staff this location is so sorry please don’t waste your money here

Normally Hernando Zaxbys is great with nice staff but I just went through with my daughter about 10 minutes ago and was greeted with my total, then they proceeded to talk amongst each other and when I received my meal, I didn’t have any napkins or a fork for my boneless wings meal.

Usually the staff is super kind and gives great service. I just went by 10 minutes ago and Ra”Myia took my order she was rude and charged me for two extra sauces. After she informed me that they didn’t have ranch dressing i asked her to give me ranch sauce and an extra ranch sauce knowing Zaxby’s salads always come with two dressings i would get three. I was then given three “dressings”and charged for for two extra sauces. I would not have asked for anything extra if they would have informed me correctly or told me that i was going to be charged twice more.

Wait times are ridiculous! They made you wait in the parking lot so you’re not on their drive thru window clock! I waited for 26 minutes on 5 wings!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

They don’t know the meaning of half & half tea, staying open for the business hours as advertised, getting your order 100% correct, and they often run out of chicken tenders. That’s what they said, they “ran out of chicken tenders…”. Hernando continues to disappoint even in the fast food area. Sad

Friendly staff. Rainy/humid weather, floors very slick. Leaky window with rain water coming in onto a table and floor, needs a repair and a humidifier, fall risk. No ketchup but we were hungry. Food was good.

They’re way high priced in my opinion. Nothing they serve is special enough to garner the prices they charge. Don’t get me wrong, I like them. But I can get better food for the same price or the same food for less at plenty of places. That said, this evening wasn’t their best attempt at service either. They had me pull around to the front of the building after paying so they could carry my food to me when it was ready. The parking lot HAS to have something done because with one way in and out, I couldn’t sit where they asked me to and I was blocked in once I had my food and was ready to leave. Worst thing is they bring me my food and apologize that they forgot my fried pickles until just then and so it’d be another 5-10 minutes wait. So there I sat with my families food getting cold while I waited for our order of pickles to cook. Definitely did not make us happy to pay $35 for service like that to feed 2 adults and a toddler. Smh
