We had buses stop here and they could handle two bus loads of children very quickly. Management is very nice. Love the atmosphere and food here. Kudos to this Zaxby’s! Loving the southern hospitality! I love me some Shelby! She is down to earth and so nice! I highly recommend this Zaxby’s for a lunch of a dinner!

First off the tea was excellent! However we order three #1 meals , we wanted the zaxby sauce and the Zaxby’s spicy sauce, so the waitress said I’ll have to charge you extra for an additional sauce. We said that’s fine. The sauce was only 25 cents per container so don’t get me wrong. It’s not about the money. However, it is about they delivered our food with only one Zaxby’s house. I went back to the register and it took me about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge. Was standing there, at this point. I asked him about the additional sauce that we paid for and they informed me that they didn’t have any of that spicy sauce that they would have to make it, I said okay. Me know when it’s made. She said yes. After I finished my meal I went back to the counter and asked her about the spicy sauce and she said sorry we still don’t have it made. I do not recommend this place. Go to Popeyes

Y’all, I FINALLY tried Zaxby’s! This location recently opened near my hometown, and the drive-thru line was always wrapped around the building – that’s a good sign! We love “new” spots and Zaxby’s is a new favorite! Richland/Florence needed another dining option.

Usually pretty good service, not whoever worked tonight. Walked in there, ordered, waited 15 minutes for food only for about 20 kids to come in, order and receive their food before mine. Extremely rude customer service

So the food was good as usual but this trip to the Richland, MS location was not as pleasant. Took my Mom and we ate in the restaurant. I ordered two meals and the new funnel cake. They didn’t put the right amount of strips on the plates. Went back to the counter and the girl argued with me about it. If I had been in the drive thru or had waited any length of time I could see them questioning it but that was not the case. So service was lacking in this situation and I won’t be as quick to choose them in future outings.
