I ordered with my coworkers to have our order delivered. I ordered the southwest zalad. When we received our order our zalad didn’t have any chicken. So w we called the store got into contact with Dotdash they replaced it with another salad. So now we have 2 salads with NO. chicken. Really???

THE INSIDE IS OPEN!! Ask for fired hard or crispy because if you don’t your chicken will be gummy. Gross. I’ve eaten at Zaxbys for 15 plus years and this is the first time I was disappointed. The fact I’ve been telling ppl about Zaxbys since moving here in 2020 that this company has GREAT SERVICE &FOOD. The meridian location is a disappointment but if you never had Zaxbys you wouldn’t know. The food might get better. But for me it’s a no just a big fat nope. I’ll just wait til I go back home to Tennessee or West point or even Hattiesburg.

The chicken and fries were hot and delicious. The peach ice tea is yummy. We ordered online and picked up through the drive-thru, it was quick and convenient. We did not go inside so I cannot comment on atmosphere.

I placed an order through their app, they charged my card for the whole amount. I spent over 20 minutes in their slow drive through to be told they haven’t received my order. When asked if I wanted to speak to a manager I said yes, and a man came the first time to look at me, left the window, then a woman came and didn’t even introduce herself. I showed her the receipt, and she had the nerve to tell me it probably didn’t come through yet. When it clearly showed that it has. The manager was no help, and basically brushed me off so now I have to dispute through my bank for a refund and spent my whole lunch break in a drive through with no food. Customer service is trash and their drive thru is the slowest in Meridian. I don’t recommend at all.

I visited this location on their 2nd day of operations. The drive-thru lane was long, so I opted to place my order inside. The staff members were pleasant and courteous. I received my order fairly quickly, considering the high volume of customers they were serving. My order was 100% correct (2 salads and a chicken snack) and the food was fresh and tasty. Glad to have Zaxby’s in Meridian. Check out their app for lots of coupons and deals!

I’ve had Zaxby’s plenty in another state and have never had and it was awful as it was yesterday. The chicken was cooked in burned grease and was hard, the fries were soggy and the toast was basically buttered bread. It took forever to get through the line and then the service was not that good. If it does not get better a lot of people will try it and never go back.

Hate to put a bad review on a newly opened chain but the demeanor of the employees was trashy. I had about a 45 minute wait (to be expected). Their was no hair nets for the people handling food. I ordered one of the peach teas with my food and when I got to the window was told I couldn’t get one due to them being out and was not going to get a refund since a regular tea also “cost the same” which a regular drink should just be included in the combo. When asking about a refund for the tea, they looked at me funny because “it’s just a tea”. I got asked the name for my order probably about 6 times by 6 different people just standing at a table. Food was sub-par compared to other Zaxby’s, but the cookies were pretty decent.

Monday July 3rd 5:30. Got into inside lane at the drive thru. They had 1 order taker doing the outside lane only. Took 35 minutes to order, and we were 3rd in line. 10 cars went around the outside. When we got to order she couldn’t hear me and i couldn’t hear her. I asked if she could turn the speaker up? Ro response. Finally got our orders in. Then, I had to struggle getting into line to pick up the food. There is doctor pepper on the order board but she said they don’t carry dp. So I ordered a coke. Didn’t have that either. We wanted sauce put on our tenders that blew her mind! She didnt put it on our order. It took an hour to get in line order and pick up the food. That is the worst designed drive thru I have ever been through. Keep this up, and you will be like Krystal!

New location, really slow even when they are not busy. White cheese balls are not good, they could be better with a sauce. The fried pickles were ok and seemed to get more salty with each one eaten. Kickn chicken didn’t kick very much. The Ziggie bites needed more sauce. The club was lacking and who serves unsweet peach tea in the south? Not worth a second trip. Loaded fries were alright and never got the chocolate chip ordered. The Cobb salad could have been the winner had we received a fork to eat it with and the ranch dressing.
