Should change name from zaxbys to “can’t get right” if the wife didn’t love this place I wouldn’t spend another dollar here. Third time in a row they mess order up and just can’t seem to get it together. Today I ordered 2 6piece plates and 4 extra sauces. These geniuses don’t send any. Not the 2 zax that come with each or the 4 extra I ordered. Plus they can’t tell the difference between sweet tea and coca cola. Last time they didn’t give me the kids meal we asked for and only gave us 4 fingers after charging for 6. Buyer beware. They WILL mess your order up any way they can. It’s almost like it’s a contest to see how bad they can be!

I had a really simple order. Like at least you could get the drink right after I repeated it three times. And newsflash, no one wants ranch with cheese bites. If you’re gonna give me something that trash at least ask me first, there’s a reason everyone in the world gives marinara. Went in and ordered 2 very simple salads. The Cashior gave me my bag although when i checked for sauces, i saw only 3 (2 sauces per salad). I asked the man who gave me the bag if i can have another one since i ordered two salads and a female worker looked at me and said “25 cents” I said back “i got 2 salads shouldnt i get four sauces?” She looked in my bag and said “Its on the side.” I replied “Im sorry, i didnt see it the others were on the top.” When i went to hand her the sauce back, she said “You already touched it.” Very bad customer service. So rude.

03/28/23 Valley Station in the daytime service is terrible nothing but random people running in and out of the back door pulled up and tried to order and she was ready then she suddenly said hold on and never came back for almost 10 minutes people were getting mad and there was nobody else in line in front of us! As soon as we decided to drive away cuz there’s nothing we can do they would not answer they immediately took the next person’s order this is like this and the daytime all the time terrible service in Valley Station

This is the worst Zaxby’s ever, boneless wings with hardly any sauce on them, fry’s are not all the way cooked, gummy , limp and already cold. I tried to give them another shot, lesson learned, never again. It’s sad you spend your hard earned money for something that’s rather expensive for a quick bite and this is what you get and they just shrug you off and don’t care. I’m done

Tonight was not the best visit to this Zaxby’s. The DT line was busy but very quick. The service was average. Nothing stellar but not rude. The loaded fries were not as hot as they could’ve been. They were hotter than the signature sandwiches. Mine had two bottom buns and no top. My wife got a top bun and bottom bun. Neither sandwich was hot, barely warm, in fact. The chicken seemed over cooked and a bit dry as well. Very sad looking and tasting actually. Hopefully your experience will be better. I recommend lunch time over the night crew.
