This will be the 1st negative review I’ve posted. Drove down and got 2 orders of the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries and a #1. Was asked to pull forward, no problem. Waited a tad over 15 minutes, again, no problem. But if you’re asked to pull up and wait 15 minutes or so I do expect the food to be hot. It was not. It was room temperature. The fries are $8 an order. I feel like if they were $2, should still be hot at least. Even if it’s not particularly good, it can still be hot. I don’t ever write truly negative reviews, I gauge each chain store against other chains of the same brand. Unfortunately, this one would be at the very bottom of my list. I’ve eaten at a half dozen or more Zaxbys over the years as I travel alot.

Ordered 2 family meals got 1 family meal and a 5 finger plate instead. Wasn’t too upset called in just to give a headsup. Manager acted upset and offered to mail me a voucher due to not really wanting to drive back cuz it was move in day. Over a month later no voucher, and I haven’t been back lol.

Food was amazing for my first visit every today at Zaxby’s. However Somerset Zaxbys could use a deep clean in the lobby, and just a standard cleaning while not busy (including pictures and trash can box) The young lady that took our order (won’t say a name) could use some more people skills. My chicken was COLD and our order was wrong. By the time they tried to fix the issue the rest of the food was cold. No “We’re sorry,” nothing. No tea out next to the drinks, when asked for some, it seemed to inconvenience them. We will not be back…

Good Chicken Sandwich. It’s not the best checken sandwich that I’ve ever eaten, but it is darn close. Great place for a quick lunch. Order more tenders then you think that you’ll need, they are so good that you’ll eay more than what you think you will!
