It would’ve been 5 stars because everything was really fresh. But the chicken tenders were just overwhelmingly salty, and I couldn’t taste any other seasoning apart from salt.

Fries tasted baked instead of fried, soggy but hard at the same time somehow. Traditional wings had a good sauce on them but as always were TOUGH also they gave me all drums which is the worse but they won’t let you do all flats. Bread wasn’t toasted just a wet sad buttery piece of bread. Best thing was the ice, it’s unfortunate to feel like you wasted $20 especially as high as the cost of food, gas and everything nowadays is. Gave them a shot again after a long time, shouldn’t have.

We heard about how good this place was so we finally got the chance to stop by and check this place out. The food was amazing and was brought out to our table pretty quick so we didn’t have to wait long at all. The inside was very clean and welcoming and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely have to come back again.

I have been going here for several months now and usually go no less then once a week. I always get the same thing… the Big Zaxbys cob salad with grilled chicken. Most of the time it’s pretty good. This time meh . Even though they weren’t busy at 420 pm they definitely decided to not grill the Texas toast whatsoever.

I love zaxbys food and service at this location…. Usually. Today I’m a bit let down at the quality and amount. There were only two cars ahead of me and they were served pretty quickly. The staff were fast and friendly. My order was cold and barely any fries. This is a kids meal that I cannot believe I just paid 6$ for. If I had ordered food for myself I probably would have just brushed it off and shared my fries with my kid.

Loved,loved this place until they took the homemade fried got potato chips off the menu I went back 2x and I guess they are discontinued but for me the chicken was no good without the chips and zac sauce they always forget the zac sauce that makes me angry I now ck before I leave needless to say my family and I no longer eat there we do not like the big ole crinkle fry other that that never have got to walk in I guess since covid they only do drive through short staffed???one more thing why cole slaw and fries you all need the chips back and do some cold salad or other side items like fried okra potato chipshomemade then I would come back

This place is always 50/50 it’s either really good or they don’t add the sauces, and that’s a big reason why I get food from here. Sauces are not like other places. It’s really annoying when I get the food and it be dry AF because I don’t have the sauce, ESPECIALLY with the fried pickles -.-
