Zaxby’s is such an underrated chicken joint. They have a great mix of items including chicken salads. But I prefer the messy zesty kickin chicken sandwich. The number 5! Chicken strips between two pieces of Texas toast with Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.

Not too impressed. They were out of coleslaw so we got “extra fries” this didn’t seem like extra fries to me. The chicken was very dry and fries not very good. We also got nibblers and I wasn’t too impressed. We upgraded to large drinks because wanted a lot to drink and the cup was 90% ice so I feel that was a waste of money. Paid over $30 for this meal and it was not worth it. The best part of the whole meal was the cookies and they were cold to the touch

We have been told numerous times to try a Zaxby’s. This was our first time. It was very good. We had a group of 6 and everyone found something they enjoyed. When we are near one again we will go again.

The staff need better training on how to cancel orders made through the Zaxby’s app when certain items are no longer available on the menu. Also, the manager or “seasoned” rep had the entire situation explained to him and decided to start at square one when he came on the line. I understand that people just work at jobs and things are out of their control. However, having someone explain the issue to you and then come on the line asking how can I help isn’t the way and frustrating.

I ordered with the app, and my food was ready pretty quickly when I arrived. The fry box wasn’t full and they were a bit soggy, but the flavor was good. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent, I’d definitely order it again. It was a pretty empty place — I was the only customer in there for about half an hour at supper time. Strange.

We recently visited Zaxby’s and was impressed by the wide selection of sauces available to add to my meal. From the classic ranch and honey mustard to their spicier options, there was something to suit every taste preference. I especially appreciated being able to try a variety of sauces on my wings and tenders, as it allowed me to find my perfect flavor combination. The staff was also friendly and helpful in suggesting which sauces might pair well with my meal. Overall, I was very satisfied with the sauce selection at Zaxby’s and will definitely be returning to try more in the future.

Zaxby’s was exactly what I was looking for during this dreadful heat…I knew I wanted some chicken but nothing hot that’s when Jason & Journey suggested their ZALADS…I got extra cucumber with mines…Y’all the salad was cool, fresh & refreshing..The atmosphere was very clean & cool on the inside. I saw others had zalads as well & I said my salad was soooo good about 3 others said theirs was delicious & fresh as well…The most refreshing part others than their delicious unsweetened peach tea was the fact of how professional, mannerable, knowledgeable they were…THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PART IS THEY ARE A YOUNG STAFF!!! KUDOS!!!

Every….and I do mean every single time I come to this location, it’s always something have to wait on. If it’s not them making me pull forward and then forgetting about me, they always get my order incorrect. I made an order through the app for 10 traditional wings. They gave me 10 tenders. Thank god I’ve learned to check my order before I leave. I had to wait an additional 10 mins past the time I got there. I think this will be the last time I frequent this location. I will use my rewards at a different location if I even eat at zaxbys again. They never offer anything other than an apology. I will spend my time at a location that can get my order correctly on a consistent basis
