They use to be so good but, not any more. I ordered 10 original piece and asked for 2 souces and they told me they would have to charge me for 2=5 piece . What a rip off. So not to be charged extra i had to get the souce on the side. When i get my order, the chicken was ambient temperture. Not hot at all.

Stood in the restaurant nearly 10 minutes. Was never greeted or acknowledged. When I decided to ask the girl at the front counter, Akira, if I could order my food…she responded with I AM DOING SOMETHING in the worst tone and with quite an attitude. When I asked to speak with her manager she stood there and laughed in my face. Manager provided the number to his GM Tasha who u will reach out to now. We left without ordering and will head to Raising Cane’s or Chic-fil-a where great service is guaranteed.

Had a taste for zaxby’s and stopped at this particular location. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The fries we received were old mixed with new and the chicken tenders were well past thier hold time. They were dry and cold. Stop and eat with this chain all the time, never had a bad word to say untill today. And based on the wait, I definitely didn’t expect to receive what I got. Still a fan of the chain but this location is not one I’d visit again. The manager did reach out and offer to remake the order; however, we were 30 minutes away from the location by that time.

Went through to try it for the first and wasn’t disappointed at all fast in and out (3 min) and great food even when they were slow. Second time going however, they had 3 people in the line and took me 10 mins after ordering and the chicken was super overcooked and they drowned it sauce to cover the issue. Fix that only issue and this place would be perfect.

Super friendly employees! KaNajah was our cashier. She & the young man, who brought our food out to our car, were both very courteous & friendly. Ordered buffalo tenders & fried pickles. Pickles were separated from the batter, but overall everything was good.
