I eat here often bc it’s right across the street from my job but this location really aggravates me. The orders are never correct, they always forget your sauce, fries are never seasoned or they taste old. My recent order took 30 mins for 3 tenders and fries even though I ordered online. I often expect to be disappointed when I visit here and after reading some of the other reviews, nasty fries and slow service seems to be the new standard.

So, did anyone know Zaxbys gives a discount to mature citizens? I ordered the southwest zalad, and it did not disappoint. I know the zalad component is pre-made, but the chicken and toast were hot, not to mention I got a small fry and they were hot, too. Staff was friendly

The drive through went at a decent pace, not fast but not too slow. The staff was overall pretty friendly. Just didn’t love the food. Probably just a personal preference, there’s an awful lot of delicious food in the area and this just wasn’t our favorite. It wasn’t terrible, just not amazing. Prices were okay, a bit expensive for fast food.
