First time at any Zaxby’s, used the drive-thru. I won’t ever spend my money there again. The people working were great, and that’s the only reason they got 2 stars. The food was a joke and it’s not the employees fault. The speaker on the ordering kiosk was terrible, and since I had to repeat myself a few times, I’m sure the mic was bad as well. Ordered a 3 piece meal. They were literally the tiniest tenders I’ve ever seen in my life. Fries were good, but that’s an easy huge profit margin item. Buy some decent tenders…

Portion sizes wayyyyyy too small, paid $2 for like 8 fries that is after I had to argue about the grilled chicken i called about and was told that they had 10 minutes before coming in. I am super disappointing that we spent over $50+ on meals that had child sized portions with 8-10 fries a piece and tiny tenders. Terrible experience, Will not be returning. 0/10

I had never been to Zaxby’s before, but ate lunch there with a friend. We split the 4 piece chicken strips and fries, and an order of fried pickles. It was plenty of food for the two of us and reall delicious with the special sauces. I love their drink dispenser!

The Google Maps Menu is not accurate, which is a bit annoying. We were meeting someone here so I looked at it to get an idea what I wanted. Then I arrive and they say they do not have the Buffalo Dip and Tator Chips Zapitizor that is listed. There are photos of celery in the photos posted by the owner and they said they don’t have celery. Just update your information, please.

10/10 do not recommend. The chicken is giving ear lobe meat vibes. Fries are soggy. They give one sauce pack for a whole meal and expect it to go a long ways. General manager is also trash. 10/10 do not recommend that potato of a person either considering they don’t treat their employees nice, they don’t care about the quality of product they serve, and they aren’t nice to customers either.

I had given up on zaxby’s years ago when I order a chicken dinner and my chicken was raw. Yesterday I decided to give them another try with the loaded fries. My loaded fries wasn’t so loaded there was barely any ranch dressing on it. The bacon was chopped and there wasn’t exactly 3 pieces on there, I barely had cheese and my chicken was almost still strips. This could of been a great dish only if it wasn’t made so poorly.
