Visited this chicken strip chain for lunch and it honestly isn’t bad compared to some of the other chicken chains. They only offer strips and the only bone-in chicken pieces they offer are traditional wings. The strips are good though and they have a nice selection of dipping sauces. They also have some good sandwiches and salads they make using the strips.

The person who took our order did great. The food left a lot to be desired. I ordered hot wings, and they were BBQ. I tried the ‘new’ funnel cake and it was so crunchy I couldn’t eat it. Sadly disappointed.

Store was clean, line was long. I waited 10 minutes to place my order after I ordered it was ten minutes before I received said food. I ordered a signature club, and fried pickles were great, nice and hot. My sandwich however was so cold it wouldn’t even melt or soften the cheese on it. This is one of those places that sometimes it is good, sometimes bad. It is a roll of the dice.

Ordered 2 salads, and a couple other items in drive thru. Asked for 2 salad dressings for each salad. Order taker assured me they always give 2 dressings, and would make sure this time too, as she was the manager. Got home…no dressing at all. I called manager and she said, I didn’t fill the order. All I can say is come back up and we’ll give you the dressing. Other than that, all I can say is I’m sorry. Salad was good, but had to come up with something out of my fridge for dressing. Very disappointing for a $30+ meal

If I could rate the service a 0 I would. I went through the drive thru and asked for a ranch, to which the cashier asked for a quarter. I didn’t have a quarter in my purse so I said never mind. She stated that there was a quarter ON THE STREET and made me park my car and get the quarter off the street to give to her. She was rude during the entire encounter. Do better!!!!!

Ordered three kiddie finger meals. Strips looked like nuggets and were not hot. Each box also had about six under cooked, Luke warm French fries. However, gold fish cookie was good. Quality is still expected even when you think you are filling an order for children. Overall, a Very disappointing visit. Zaxbys is usually much better in terms of food quality.

Worst customer service ever. Drive through took 25 minutes to get order. Next time I went inside to order and service was just as bad. Had my order ready in about 5 minutes but let it sit on the counter another 5 minutes before giving to me. I was the only customer inside. Then when I get home to eat my salad one of the ingredients was missing. I have complained both times but was basically ignored. I’ll go to Paragould next time if there is a next time
