Zaxby’s zalads are the best! At least when they are fresh. I am not sure if it’s a coincidence or normal but I ordered one later in the evening and it was of horrible quality. I received excellent quality the many other times I ordered earlier in the day. These are pictures showing the poor quality, including wilted and bad lettuce and mushy tomatoes. There are also ingredients missing.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food, even though there was no one ahead of us and the restaurant was nearly empty—and we were offered no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. The food was warm, so there’s that, I supppse…also, restaurant could have used some attention. Wall at our booth had something splattered up it, and several tables needed to be wiped off.
