I worked here for a short period of time. In that time I watched cross contamination several times and made me think how many times I’ve eaten here and got lucky to not get sick. The employees have very little idea how to actually cook and the manager is fairly lazy and but doesn’t care because they have family members higher up in management. If you eat here just know if you don’t get sick you dodged a close one. Place is a joke

We were there, at an off Time 3pm, Sat…1 other customer in front of us, but was very slow. I got the #1 – 3 pc Zac Snak, with fries, & drink. Snak is what it was, I’ve never seen such small pieces of chicken, looked more Like drummies. My Daughter got the 7 pc BBQ Traditional Wings, no celery & sauce came with it…And, she got 1 drummie, & 6 flat wings…Uncalled for. Now, I know, why ratings are SO low.

We ordered a club chicken sandwich that was supposed to have bacon and cheese, lettuce tomatoes pickles. We got a chicken sandwich with pickles and zaxbys sauce. There was so much sauce on it the bun just fell apart because it was so soggy.

This store was very clean, well maintained, and has a great staff! Although chicken is not my favorite, I will be back. Serving size is large, and they offer a nice selection of dipping sauces. Zaxby’s will be on my list of alternate favorites.

Amazing food!! However the manager her name is Angie she was being very rude to her coworkers.. she also wasn’t friendly to customers such as myself. She needs more training on customer service and how to treat co workers. Will let cooperate know too. I don’t want her to lose her job, but she needs more training for sure. I come here all the time so I’ll see how she acts the next time. I understand people have bad days, but this is an establishment that represents our town.

Usually good, fresh tasting food. The store is conveniently located right off US 412 in Siloam Springs. I ordered the big zax snack meal to-go, but I didn’t get the toast with my order. It’s not the first time my order has been incomplete either.

Just left and extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the poor customer service from the Assistant District Manager Ruthie Pearson. When I received my order of chicken fingers it looked old and dried out and sure enough that’s what it was. The absolute worst I’ve ever had at a Zaxbys. I immediately went back to the counter to speak with Katelyn and told her my issue. The employees in the back looked less than interested in my complaint as well as Katelyn. When I asked why they were so dry she said that they have been under a heat lamp for approx 15 mins. Are you kidding me! She then proceeded to get me some more and that’s when Ruthie thought she was helping by giving me another order from the same heat lamp and same quality. I asked for a refund and then began to ask Ruthie why she was not interested in my problem and that’s when she advised again that they were under a heat lamp and within the specified time frame. She also had to bring her hands to her face and seem to calm herself due to the extreme problem we had of some old dried out chicken. She offered to cook fresh but I told her to forget it and I would let my review and complaint to corporate be my fresh.
