I’ve been craving Zaxby’s for a few days, as a trucker I’m not always in an area they are. This location is extremely stingy with the fries I can literally count them at a glance 9 fries here’s a pic. I’ve never counted fries before but it’s just in your face.

Passing through on the way to Memphis. Hadn’t eaten at a Zaxby’s since 2017 in Cedar City UT. Chicken strips were fine. Don’t like the taste of their sauce. Was reviewing my receipt later and, when I thought the 9.25% Van Buren sales tax was outrageous (what’s up with that?), they actually charged me 10.25% sales tax. Not going to go back over 12 cents

Walked in and the place smelled musty and in need of a good cleaning. Tables were dirty and needed wiped down. My food was terrible, chicken strips were hard and almost no meat and fries were soggy and over seasoned, the toast tasted like old burnt grease. I guess because I signed up with the zaxbys app and got a free meal they gave me the worst and oldest food they had. I was so excited because we haven’t been in Van Buren in a long time and made a point to go there to eat. I will add that my husband’s food wasn’t as bad as mine but it was still bad. I hope you take people’s reviews seriously because I don’t see how this place can stay in business with their food being that bad. New employees and better management is needed!

Seemed staffed fairly well, but multiple people stood in line with workers walking past. Food was hot and came quickly. Getting a box and trying to leave once again, got ignored. They seemed to have been more concerned with the drive-thru. Gentleman was friendly though.

They used to have a Cajun club sandwich. It’s gone now only to be replaced by a flat chicken sandwich. The fries aren’t as good as they used to be either. I also paid for 2 zaxbys sauce, but they gave me ranch instead.

Staff was very nice! Food’s edible, the fries were fresh and hot but some of the chicken strips were old. Sauce was ok, more like Mayo than seasoning. If you’ve ever been to Raising Canes, don’t go here. Overall, if you’re hungry, get some food to eat but don’t expect it to be spectacular.
