Food is good but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when chaos is surrounding you. One girl behind the counter was acting in such a manner that you would imagine she was in the comfort of her own home. Yelling and being super LOUD! Not the typical behavior I’m use to seeing at establishments here in Mustang. Just down right disrespectful behavior. Kimberly (or Riley- what ever her name is… Kimberly’s name is on the receipt 5/9/23 @8:40 who ever was running the register) acts like she HATES her job and the customers are a nuisance. I heard her talking to her coworkers friendly, so I know it’s in her to be decent.

I don’t know why I continue to come here, nor do I understand how they are still open as slow as they are and how they are never busy. Every time I get the same thing which is a Big Zax Snack. Other times I get fried pickles with it. But every time I have to pull up or in a parking spot and sit for 10 minutes for my food. Tonight I sat for 15 minutes to the point where I had to go inside to get my food. The employees forgot about me. I should’ve been refunded. One meal should never take that long to make, especially when this store is never busy. This place needs to do better or sell it and put in a place that can keep up.

The people are always nice and professional but the girl at the window today was just super happy and friendly, to the point I feel the need to say that here. There has never been a time I have gone through and not waited 15+ minutes for it. The other day we went around 8PM, was asked to park for two simple loaded fries, and after 25 minutes I went back through asking what was up and the manager Kimberly was very hostile and aggressive towards us and told us this stuff takes time. Not one other person was there the almost half hour we were waiting on our food. Absolute ridiculous location and unprofessional management. Food is always half decent but I won’t be back again after this

I never heard of Zaxby’s before but my supervisor recommended it when i tell you the Food is great seasoned to the heavens both the chicken and the fries and everything is cooked all the way through. The sweet tea is amazingly good as well. I use to like Canes but this in my opinion is 10x better. And let’s not start on the cookies. This food is so good I’m going on a diet cause I will be there everyday lol.. try for yourself if you don’t believe me

Ordered 20 piece fingers with Half Tongue Torch sauce and Half Nuclear sauce. There were supposed to be 4 sauces included. Apparently they didn’t know what Half of 4 meant. They gave us 4 Tongue Torch & charged us extra 4 Nuclear Sauce. Didn’t realize it until we got home, our bad, we should have checked our receipt and order.
