Tried Zaxby’s for the first time today. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and spacious. We got the cheddar bites, I feel like they’re breaded with cornmeal (similar to a hush puppy taste) but they weren’t bad. I also tried the funnel cake and it was so fluffy and delicious. I couldn’t have just one bite. It was nice to try something new today!!

The young lady upfront was good but the food was horrible the plate had grease all over it so my fries were very wet and when I asked for more fries the ladies had attitude smh than I had a box!

Unsure of the young ladies’ name in drive through tonight but I asked for an Arnold Palmer to which she said she is not willing to provide that “ special service “ I obliged to her not accommodating my request and asked for a sweet peach tea instead. Drove off then realized she gave me a unsweetened tea… I really think this h*e was trying to be funny. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend her being in the drive thru. Everyone else was great

I had some chicken sliders of some fashion and they were pretty good, but I also got the sweet peach iced tea, and that was severely heavy on the syrup. My wife couldn’t drink hers at all, I split mine with water 30/70 and still had a thick syrup at the bottom after. Not the worst thing that could’ve happened, but still not great.

I ate at this place when I was in Orlando a few years ago. The fried chicken salad is hands-down the best salad you ever have. The place is amazing. The only issue I had is at the staff waited too long at the window. The food is great and fresh. If you are in Midwest City. I would stop and have a meal at Zaxbys.

Keep giving this location a shot, since it’s the closet to me, but I just can’t anymore. The customer service is HORRIBLE despite trying to be friendly and have a conversation. You are met with grouchy faces and put out workers. Usually the food is still ok, but tonight was what did it in. Not only were the employees unfriendly the food was AWFUL. The chicken wings were barely warm. The bread was so hard when my husband went to fold it, it snapped in half like a cracker. The fries were over seasoned. Everything was like it was just sitting under a warmer. It was not appetizing at all. So disappointed.

They’ve masterfully captured the taste of regret. Rubbery chicken, sauce that taste like it’s from a kids lunchable, other sauces will cost you extra, no utensils, and just plain unfriendly service. If you still decide to come here prepare to have your tongue and fingers burned by the most bland “fried chicken” you’ve ever had.
