It was my first time eating here but I wasn’t disappointed. The tenders and fries had extra seasoning. Service was fast, and they deliver as well. I rate the overall dining experience here to be a tad bit better than Raisin Canes, but it’s really close. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because their self-serve coke machine in the lobby didn’t work, so they had to do refills from behind the counter.

Would you believe we were charged 2.39 for water?! When I asked why and he said we have to pay for the cups! But the small ones are free. They took it upon themselves to give us the large ones because they have to pay for them! Also notice they rang up a sweet tea we did not ask for or get! Also did not receive the 2 extra zaxbys sauce we paid for! I had to go inside to get them. Wow! Let us rip you off!

I haven’t been to Zaxbys in a while, mostly because of location, but I loved it. My husband had never been, so I took him tonight saying they had really good food, he may never trust me again. The strips were tiny with more breading than meat, the toast was cold and hard on the sides. The workers were nice, but the restaurant was not as well kept and inviting as I was used to. I am really disappointed.

Made us sit at the ordering intercom from 8:20 to 8:52 telling me to give them a min (told me that 2 times) when it was empty and no one else was there just to tell they’re closed at 8:52. So made us wait instead of telling us they didn’t want to serve us which would have been better than waiting. And to make it all better they walked out with bag of food for themselves.

Found this fly in my salad and was told by the manager Heather to bring the entire salad back in order for her to be able to make things right! I placed an online order because I was on my lunch break I didn’t have time to bring the salad back so basically nothing was done when I asked for the corporate number she couldn’t provide me with the info because she was to busy! Long story short if you want flies in your food this is your place!!!

Love zaxbys but whenever I come to this one there lacking in fresh food, and always forgetting something. Whether that’s something simple like sauce or something bigger like fries. It’s the simple things that is irritating, if you want zaxbys go to a different store.
