Over all it was a great place to eat. The price range was reasonable in comparison to the competition in the area. Especially if you do not want to wait in line. I had the South West Salad and it was really good my husband had the #5 and if there wasn’t so much bread and more chicken, it would had been a 5 star review. Sorta felt they skimped on the chicken in his sandwich. Our son had the grilled cheese sandwich meal and loved it. Dinning room was clean and bathrooms were too. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the road and Interstate. Would definitely eat here again and would recommend

A bit disappointed to say the least. We always get lunch from here and decided to go for dinner this evening. Big mistake. We “went big” to get the large fries and large drinks and were given smaller fries than usual and even a smaller amount! Not only that but we ordered 4 sauces and no, they didn’t charge us ( as expected) or give us any that we ordered. Absolutely unbelievable experience when this is one of our favorite places. This photo is 2 meals worth of a “large” fries. It’s ridiculous. It’s less than you normally get and not even the same style of fry we normally get- they’re usually very large seasoned crinkle cut fries, not a small crinkle cut with hardly any seasoning at all.

We were driving through Moore on our way back home from Dallas. We were going to stop at Whataburger but had never heard of Zaxby’s, so we stopped there. Upon looking at their menu, we were excited to try as it was similar to Raising Cane’s. AWFUL!

I have been to many Zaxby’s and this one is the absolute best! Upon arrival I was Greeted by Quatisha and Laron. They are very friendly and made a few recommendations. The food was piping hot as it ALWAYS is which is one reason I keep coming back! The boneless special was less than $4 and came with a drink! The restaurant was spotless and not a single thing out of place. I would highly recommend this Zaxby’s location to ALL of my friends and family!! The customer service here is absolutely wonderful A+++

We don’t have a Zaxby’s close to where we live, so when we come back up to Oklahoma to visit family, we’ll always try to grab some food here. Stopped in with our daughter this time, and everything was great. The restaurant was tidy, staff friendly, and our salads were delicious!!!

I have no idea how so many fried chicken strip restaurants successfully exist in Moore but having variety is nice. Zaxby’s by far has the most inviting interior and the menu offers more to choose from than Slim Chickins and Cane’s. The chicken strips are small but tasty. Make sure you snag a dinner-size portion if you’re hungry. Those start at 7.99 for four strips and two sides. Sweet tea is brewed and legit. Dipping sauce is okay but has a lot of additives and is served in a blister tub, unlike Canes’ that’s made in-house fresh.

I used to frequent this location for their Zappy hour special. They since got rid of it, which is fine. I’d still go here because the food is always fresh and there is never a wait. I had no complaints. Until recently. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing. As I walked up to the restaurant I noticed an employee walking away from the door. I thought “surely she didn’t just come up and lock the door on me.” She did. And she had to have seen me while she was doing it. I tried opening the door, and even though they still had ten minutes before closing she didn’t come over and unlock it for me. Look, your business hours are your business hours. You should be reliably open until then. No, I’m not being “that guy” by coming in right before closing, because it’s not like I’m dining in at a sit-down restaurant. It really shouldn’t be too much trouble to grab some chicken fingers 10 minutes before a place closes. Plus it doesn’t feel nice to have somebody see you coming and decide to lock the door. Instead I had to go get my chicken fingers from Cane’s and I will probably just continue to do so since I can count on them to serve me after 8:30.
